Around. Llüd Lhawa Danche Chöma. A dog running from the northeast corner. To the dog-woman with a body of angry water. Take the sun, moon, planets, and stars as mirrors. Show the bluish-green Rudra and take it. All are unbearable and terrifying forms. Running and eating above, below, and in all directions. Fangs like hooked iron sickles. Claws like coiled iron hooks. Eyes like the rising sun and moon. Hair like the burning sun and moon. Tail like a stretched-out bell-rope. The dog's bark echoes loudly in all ten directions. Distributing messengers for the sake of karma. Be the messenger who subdues enemies and obstacles. Accomplish all the tasks entrusted to you. There is nothing you cannot subdue. From the Tantra Beyond the World, the importance of Heruka and this Tantra are from the sutra spoken by the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra. The chapter on the swiftness of the messenger is the seventeenth. From the Tantra Beyond the World, the accomplishment of miraculous swiftness of foot is also like this: Dry the drum skin in the shade. Take it without touching salt. Anoint it with the fat of a young vulture. Make shoes that disappear below the ankle. Recite the mantra five hundred thousand times. Then, recite ten thousand times over the shoes and wear them. Then, one can walk eight thousand times in the market. And return a thousand times. Recite the mantra ten thousand times over the vulture's fat. Anoint the essence of Kongba with it, and one can walk in the sky like a bodiless bird. This is the rite of Brahma. Whoever accomplishes this is the best of all swift-footed ones. The noble ones have proclaimed this. Mantra: Onye Mata Ye Grahwa. Mix the ashes of a large burnt field with large ox gall, and make a mole on the shoulder, and the body will become invisible. Anoint the eyes and you will see all the demons. Anoint the ears and you will hear what the gods say. Even at night, it will be as clear as day, and you will be able to walk eight hundred times in the market. And you can return again. Wipe the forehead and it will appear. Mantra: Namo Traya Mati. Method for achieving sharp vision: Dog, mouse, cat, wolf, crow, owl, and all Anzaka, all crushed. On the third day of the month, grind these equally and apply it to the head from noon on the eleventh day. If applied between three villages, you will know everything in the three thousand worlds. It can make the body move. It is clearly shown from the oral instructions, possessing the power not to be blocked by fear. And it possesses the power not to be devoured by ghosts and spirits. Make the body invisible, observe hunting for seven days, and after seeing and accomplishing it, mix the eyes of a hairless calf, the eyes of a black kitten, and all of Li 198 thousand, and put them in a container. Also grind the eyes of a bat and the moss of the Ganges River, hold it with the right hand, and apply it from the eighth to the sixteenth day of the middle autumn month. Apply it both inside and outside the eyes, reciting the mantra twenty-one times for each application. The mantra is: Om Matu Shatu Tsaka Shu Hum Phat. All those gathered in the world cannot stop it, and others cannot see it. One can see the gods and nagas of the thirteen levels and all the noble ones, and be free from all diseases. Dry the tongue and heart of a crow, and the eyeballs of an owl in the shade. Wear it on the day of the Gyal star. Smear it with the blood of a crow, make a pill with a small piece of Relu, wrap it with three iron wires and copper wire, and put it in the mouth to become invisible. One can travel a hundred yojanas. It cannot be harmed by fire, water, or weapons. Wear the bones of a crow, owl, worm, and marmot in equal parts. If worn on the neck or head, whatever is touched will be auspicious. From the Sutra of Transcending the World, it is the eighteenth chapter, the final method of accomplishment.
