也应如此修持甘露。时机成熟之际，对于所有药材，都应以母牛乳汁制成丸剂。每次分量增加，并食用。食用的功德不可思议。精液耗尽后，便可前往虚空。如是说。甘露丸剂的修持如是详述。此后，金刚萨埵又如是说：大集会的瑜伽士，此亦如前一般行持，与此不相符的修持物，所有能转变为甘露的药物，所有所有都应聚集。芝麻等精华之物，所有都应聚集并混合。处所也如前一般寻觅，铺设甘露后进行修持。不断念诵，不间断。成为成就之物后，将药物研磨成粉末。将这些粉末，与精华之物混合。混合的仪轨圆满后，便应获取殊胜成就。不与年轻人或其他群体，以年龄相欺而相遇。以甘露精华调和生命。甘露成就的伟大征兆是：毛发竖立，光彩照人。断绝粗食，安乐生活。智慧明晰，毫无阻碍。精液耗尽后，便可前往虚空。如是说。甘露精华的修持如是宣说。此后，金刚萨埵又如是说：大集会的瑜伽士，若以潮湿之物修持药物，所有都如前一般混合后，在五圆坛城的中央，放置吉祥圆满之五物，五种主要之物与五种果实，布置潮湿之物后以字净化。以禅定念诵之火点燃，首先出现味道，然后干燥，之后捣碎研磨如前一般。混合后以本尊的念诵净化。以此出现征兆后，便如前一般随意享用。如是说。甘露湿合的修持如是宣说。《大幻化网根本续》中，甘露药的搅拌品，第二十四品完毕。此后，金刚萨埵大士，宣说所有修持的精华，名为大秘密心之修持。大集会的瑜伽士啊！

Also, the accomplishment of nectar should be done in this way. When the time is right, all those substances for accomplishment, all of them, should be made into pills with cow's milk. Increase each portion and consume it. The benefits of eating it are inconceivable. After the semen is exhausted, one goes to the sky. Thus it is said. The accomplishment of nectar pills is thus explained. Then again, Vajrasattva said this: Yogis of the Great Assembly, this too should be done as before. Those substances for accomplishment that are not in harmony with it, all the medicines that can be transformed into nectar, all, all should be gathered. Sesame and other excellent essences, all should be gathered and mixed. The place should also be sought as before, and after spreading out the nectar, it should be accomplished. The flow of recitation should not be interrupted. When it has become a substance of accomplishment, the medicines should be ground into powder. When those have become powder, they should be mixed with great essences. When the ritual of mixing is complete, the supreme accomplishment should be taken. Do not meet with young people or other groups, deceiving them with age. Life is sustained by mixing with nectar essence. The great signs of the accomplishment of nectar are: hair standing on end and radiance blazing. One lives happily, abstaining from coarse food. Wisdom is clear and unobstructed. After the semen is exhausted, one goes to the sky. Thus it is said. The accomplishment of great nectar essence is thus proclaimed. Then again, Vajrasattva said this: Yogis of the Great Assembly, if one accomplishes medicine with moist substances, all should be mixed as before. On the mandala of five circles, place the five auspicious and glorious things. The five main things and the five fruits, arrange the moist substances and purify them with letters. Ignite the fire of samadhi recitation. First, taste appears and then it dries. Then, grind and crush as before. Mix and purify with the recitation of the family. When the signs appear through this, then use it as you please, as before. Thus it is said. The accomplishment of nectar moist combination is thus proclaimed. From the Great King of Tantras, the Root Tantra of the Great Net of Illusion, the chapter on stirring nectar medicine, the twenty-fourth chapter is complete. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajra, will explain the essence of all accomplishments, called the Great Secret Heart Accomplishment. Yogis of the Great Assembly!
