What kind of habitual tendencies arise? Because all dharmas are one in the sphere of reality. All the characteristics of conceptual engagement and elaboration, In the unborn and uncreated sphere of reality, There is no movement, yet miracles occur, Various qualities greatly arise. Whoever sees this treasure of essence, The qualities of all Buddhas, Are also gathered into it in a single moment. Therefore, this wish-fulfilling jewel, Without reversal, should be embraced. The offering of the ultimate, true treasure, Is the supreme wealth of all yogis. Whoever realizes it, obtains it, the only one. It is difficult for others without connection to obtain. The realm of great bliss, free from self and other, Is the great bliss of all Buddhas. Primordially self-perfected, uncompounded, The bindu, the nature of reality, is primordially pervasive, Gathered into essence by being all-pervasive and vast. The non-objective, free from elaboration, bodhicitta, This definitive meaning that appears profound, Like a knot in the sky, its depth is immeasurable. Yogis with attachment, of small intellect, Whoever is weak in ability, that one speculates, Examining themselves in the manner of a weather vane, Even if they examine, they will not transform into realization. For example, in the essence of the sun, If one thoroughly examines with the power of the eye, That examination will not realize that meaning, But will be bewildered by the rays of light. Likewise, with the nature of a child, No matter how one speculates on the profound meaning, One will not see the true meaning, The foolish child will faint and collapse. These dharmas that cannot be examined, Those with concepts do not realize, Because whoever does not realize that meaning, What need is there to say about falling into an abyss? It is extremely good to have never heard of it from the beginning. Because it is free from thought, abide in that way. This dharma of abiding without examination, I have not shown it to children, Even if shown, they will not transform into understanding, It cannot be shown and is difficult to understand. It is separate from all verbal expressions, Where is there a place to point to as "this"? Because there is none, the object of pointing is not distinguished. Train the mind in non-objective dharma, If you make the mirror of the mind clear, If you thoroughly examine the pure sky, The nature of non-appearance is, Like the sky, it will become that itself. The nature of reality is like the sky, Yet the sky also has no characteristics. Whatever name of the sky is expressed, That expression itself is the object, Even if the name of that object is spoken, There is no obstruction to that sky. Likewise, the inexpressible can be expressed, That expression itself is conceptual thought, The name of that conceptual thought is expressed.

However, non-mentation (non-discrimination) does not cease. Like that, the mind should also be viewed as such. Mind-essence is not established elsewhere, similarly, Dharma is not established either. Mind and Dharma-nature are non-dual, whatever is mind-essence is Dharma-nature, and Dharma-nature is also like that. Dharma and mind united in non-duality are said to be the unsurpassed Great Bodhi. The mind is like the sky, free from discrimination, without any non-mentation (non-discrimination). Like the great earth, it grows the sprout of unsurpassed Bodhi. Appearing like the nature of fire, it burns the firewood of ignorance. With the nature of wind, it removes all the dust of unknowing. With the nature of water, it pacifies all the suffering of afflictions. With the nature of medicine, it eradicates the old diseases of samsara. Thus, with the nature of trees, it descends as nourishment for all beings. Similarly, with the nature of sharpness, it cuts through the ocean of suffering. Appearing like the sun, it dispels darkness and brings light. With the nature like Mount Meru, it is firm and unshakeable, without movement. With the nature like the ocean, it bestows great blessings on the unwavering. The mind has such magical transformations, therefore it transcends samsara and nirvana. It does not appear as duality, but from the good and bad of the mind's nature, the concept of duality is distinguished and shown. From the mind arises true wisdom, similarly, happiness and suffering arise, Dharma and the wisdom of the Buddha arise, and the Sangha is also like that. From this arise the collection of Paramitas, Bodhi and the Lotus. From this arise Vajrasattva, Immaculate Jewel Brave Giver. Similarly, Vajra Immeasurable and various Victors all arise from this. From this arise various mudras, and all the essence of wisdom. From this arise desire, hatred, suffering, pride, jealousy, and ignorance as well. From this arise all three realms, and men, women, and hermaphrodites. From this arise desire and the torment of desire, afflictions, suffering, and attachment. Mountains and beings are also like that, space and wind, and burning fire all arise from this. From this arise earth and water, stones, seeds, and sprouts. Similarly, lightning and stars, the sun, moon, and clouds all arise.
