Then, at this time of action, abiding in harmony internally and externally, with the mudra of Yama Dharma Raja, subjugating them to the work of servants, empowering them to guard the outer boundaries, whether making protrusions, regulations, or drawings, whatever is done, outside the outer courtyard door, place a buffalo on the seat, pleasing it with appropriate substances, then appoint with this. From the secret great spontaneously accomplished palace, from the palace of Yama of action, the command spoken by the Bhagavan Dharma Raja. Likewise, the vidyadhara practitioner, practicing this secret great scripture, truly ascertain its meaning, this is a precious jewel, if there are obstacles and obstructions, all the gods, demons, and eight classes, are your retinue and servants, speak the Dharma of maturation, the secret supreme yogi, until the unsurpassed fruit is attained, do not relinquish this place and above, the command of the great glorious undefeated one must not be transgressed. We are inherently non-dual, only this, unified in the realm of meaning.
