Pa yi. In the heart of the three-headed, six-armed, blazing figure, a tiny vajra radiates in the lotus heart. Sarva tathāgata vajra, sarva tathāgata tathā ahūṃ. By reciting this, the Bhagavan, glorious Vajrasattva, with three heads and six arms, the right side white, the left side red, the middle blue, the six hands holding the mudras of the six wisdoms, holding a vajra, a wheel, a jewel, a lotus, a sword, and a bell. In his heart, visualize the wisdom being, complete in form, a tiny vajra. From his spine, through his nostrils, comes this sound: Wrathful king, terrifying, with the sound of Hūṃ. Hūṃ gathers all three realms under control. Hūṃ destroys the five poisons and the three existences. Hūṃ destroys all and perfects all. Hūṃ empties the realms of suffering. Hūṃ liberates to the state of unsurpassed enlightenment. Hūṃ generates all the Buddhas of the three times. Hūṃ Padmā Mahāśrī Heruka. Mahācaṇḍa sarva duṣṭānta ka hana daha paca hūṃ phaṭ. Padmā Krodhiśvarī devatī tamasa nā jala nī hūṃ phaṭ. By reciting this, the first Hūṃ fills the realms of the world. The second Hūṃ ignites the fire of wisdom. The third Hūṃ purifies the obscurations of habitual tendencies. The fourth Hūṃ transforms the minds of all into Hūṃ. The fifth Hūṃ gathers all of them back together. The sixth Hūṃ transforms all of them into Padmā Heruka. The body is large with coarse limbs, the body color is intensely red, the five heads represent the five families, with a horse head on one head, four heads representing the four families, totaling nine heads. Eighteen hands or sixteen hands are visualized. Eight feet represent the eight wrathful ones, four wings are visualized as the four activities. To this, the nine heads are empowered with the head ornaments of the five wisdoms, and this is recited: Showing the body blazing in the four directions, the nine heads possess blazing head ornaments. The common five-five are great as ornaments of the body. Cakra oṃ bhrūṃ. Cakra hūṃ bhrūṃ. Cakra sva bhrūṃ. Cakra hrī bhrūṃ. By reciting this, Cakra is the wheel, and Bhrūṃ transforms into a palace. From the five syllables, from the victorious body, they are united with their respective consorts. Then, the horse-headed one empowers and blesses, reciting: The powerful horse-faced one, swift in activity, manifests the swiftness of consciousness as an ornament of lightning.
