Homage. Then, the cycle of existence. The great glorious Vajra Heruka spoke: "O Bhagavan Padma Heruka, please explain this tantra that transcends the world." After this request, the Bhagavan, who is great in compassion and skillful in means, entered into the Samadhi of profound wisdom and loving-kindness. First, there are three aspects to meditating on the Samadhi of Suchness: the purpose of meditation, the method, and the result. The purpose of meditation is: beings are in the cycle of existence because of the power of grasping and fixation, because of attachment to objects and characteristics. Therefore, as an antidote to this, one should meditate on non-conceptualization. The method of meditation is: all of Samsara and Nirvana are not separate from one's own mind. Being free from grasping and fixation appears as Nirvana, and not being free from grasping and fixation is the basis for being in Samsara and suffering. Open the mouths of the three vessels with the three kinds of knowledge, tame the mind-stream with non-conceptualization, focus on the moment as being without inherent existence. The past is gone, the future has not yet come, and the present does not abide. Therefore, it should also be understood that one does not cling to the Dharmakaya. With no inherent existence, both grasping and fixation are empty, empty of the basis and source of discussion, neither empty nor not empty, and not focusing on the Middle Way. As an antidote to conceptualization, combine the non-conceptual mind with the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), do not focus on or think about the image of myself as the letter A. This is the purpose. The method of meditation is: by making body measuring mudras, etc., meditate on my letter A in this way, it is only emptiness. The result of meditation is: when I, as a sentient being in the causal stage, meditate in this way, the result is that in the state of noble beings, the body attains the Dharmakaya, and one obtains the wisdom of emptiness and the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. This is the result of meditation. Furthermore, the arising of this Samadhi is spoken of in this way: Non-conceptual wisdom is unborn, the extremes of grasping and fixation diminish, the uncontaminated realm of reality, all free from elaboration, the realm of reality as it is in equality, conceptualization free from elaboration, beyond the realm. Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Shunya Ta Jñana Samadhi Svabhava Atma Ko'ham. Thus, by speaking the essence, the Tathagata.

Tā is the Thus Gone One. Mahā is great. Śūnyatā is emptiness. Jñāna is wisdom. Samādhi is meditative absorption. Svabhāvā atma ko 'ham means bless me alone. It shows the meditative absorption of suchness. Having meditated in that way, there are also three aspects to meditating on the meditative absorption of all-illuminating. The purpose of meditating is to show the arising of thoughts, the arising of miraculous powers of Dharma, and the arrangement of the meditative absorption of illusion. In ultimate truth, even from the appearance of the letter A, which is the aspect of self-consciousness, it appears without attachment to the Dharmakāya. In conventional truth, it is considered as the appearance of compounded things. As an antidote, the Dharma appears as emptiness, and it appears as opening understanding. The method of meditating is to know that one is separated from grasping forms. In the middle of the sky, the letter A appears like the sun rising, shining brightly. Because it illuminates everything, it is all-illuminating. The result of meditating is that by meditating in this way during the time of the cause, sentient beings, the result is that during the time of the noble ones, one obtains the body, which is the enjoyment body, and one obtains the wisdom of discriminating awareness and equality. This is also what arises: Like a mother, loving-kindness pervades all. Like the sky, it opens understanding and shows the arising of miraculous powers. From the clarity of the wisdom that pervades all, it shows the distinction of being as great as a precious treasure. Hūṃ spharaṇa phaṭ. Saṃhara hūṃ. Sarvacanḍa ni tṛ. Dharmadhātu. Sāmāna dhi svabhāva ātmako 'ham. Thus, meditate on the meditative absorption of all-illuminating, which is like the color of saffron. Beyond that is the meditation of one's own lineage method. That is the meditation of the antidote in stages. The purpose of meditating on the meditative absorption of the cause is the accumulation of merit and wisdom. The method of meditating is that the image of self-consciousness, the mind of enlightenment, is empowered over all the sacred Dharmas of the worldly and the transcendent. From Hūṃ becoming a single red, meditate clearly on the arising of a single wisdom. By radiating in the ten directions, it awakens the samaya of the noble ones, purifies the streams of beings, subdues the māras, destroys the obstacles, and then re-collects. From that Hūṃ, the hand symbol becomes a vajra. The vajra body is the great mudrā, glorious Vajrasattva. That is also the emanation of Vajra Heruka.
