From the Supreme Great Tantra, the Immaculate Essence, The Fifteenth Chapter, the Greatness of the Means of the Vidyadharas. The nature of mind is the Svabhavikakaya, Uncreated and spontaneously accomplished. Although it abides, for example, In the depths of the ocean's dark blue expanse, The precious jewel of lapis lazuli, Possessed by the lord of nagas, With its color and light, May dispel the poverty of beings, But when obscured by a strong husk, The precious jewel is just earth and stone. In the mandala of the Dharmadhatu, Because of grasping at "I" and "mine," That essence of awareness-wisdom, The Dharmakaya pervades all, And the Rupakaya is without cessation, But through the delusion of ignorance, The mind is subject to karma and affliction, And sentient beings of samsara arise. Since sentient beings who are not Buddhas Do not exist anywhere, All beings are lords of Buddhahood. One with strength and power Is taken in hand by a wise guide. When the husk and stains are cleared away, And its own color blazes forth, The jewel is priceless. Through the nectar of the holy guru, And the power arising from the virtue of the two accumulations, When the obscurations of ignorance are purified, And one trains in the three wisdoms, The meaning of one's own mind, like the sky, Is realized as the Dharmakaya, immaculate. The signs of the ten bhumis of the progressive perfections Are also the qualities of realizing this. The body and pure lands of mantra Also arise from that power and skill. A king's palace is beautiful to behold, With a victory banner hoisted at the peak. When one prays and makes supplications to it, From one's own merit, in accordance with it, The needs and desires of all beings Are fulfilled without effort. A precious jewel is unchanging. Although there is light from within the unobstructed husk, Because it is obscured by its own skin, Others cannot obscure the jewel. A jewel is a lamp that dispels darkness. It is clear because it removes turbidity. It is manifest in color because its hue is bright. It is nectar because it cures diseases. Since that is the perfection of qualities, The self-aware wisdom of the Dharmakaya, without equal, Manifests. Through the all-pervading great compassion, The activity of the Rupakaya is unimpeded. Whatever anyone desires, benefit arises. It is spontaneously accomplished without searching. If the nature of mind is

Even Buddhas are obscured by fleeting conceptual thoughts. When delusion is dispelled, enlightenment is realized. In the all-knowing Buddha, there is not a trace of conceptual thought. Like an unmoving Vajra body, benefiting sentient beings and the path of the noble ones. In the bodies of all Buddhas, accomplishing the benefit of all beings. From the Great Tantra of the Stainless Essence, the Supreme Secret Fruit, the Sixteenth Chapter explains the metaphor and meaning of the Mind-Essence Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Having abandoned the thought of the three renunciations, and having understood the meaning of the Vidyadhara, continuing the activity of meditation, one becomes an accomplished mantra practitioner of the Vidyadhara lineage. One will not regress beyond seven lifetimes. In this ripened body, with the illusory body purified by the four elements, one is liberated from the fear of the Lord of Death, and obtains the Vidyadhara who has power over life. One will not regress after one lifetime. Abiding truly in the Vidyadhara ground of the Great Seal of one's own mind, having power over birth and death, this is the Vidyadhara of the Great Seal, who goes to the ground of Buddhahood in one lifetime. The spontaneously accomplished Vidyadhara is the great one who possesses the ten powers. One has power over the desired lifespan, obtains the power of a workable mind, power over the resources of the treasury of space, power over whatever actions one performs, power over autonomous birth, power over various kinds of miraculous abilities of awareness, power over the results of whatever prayers one makes, power over the Dharma of all vehicles, power over the manifestations that tame beings, power over the supreme body and wisdom. The wisdom-accomplishing Vidyadhara is the Yoga Lord Heruka. From the Great Tantra of the Stainless Essence, the Supreme Secret Fruit, the Seventeenth Chapter explains the attainment of the Vidyadhara. Unfabricated, spontaneously accomplished, uncompounded, and uncreated, beyond thought and expression, free from conceptual constructs, free from form. The Dharmakaya is like space, without inner or outer directions, without the continuity of lineage. The great bliss that pervades all, like the heart essence of the self-illuminating sun, the Dharmakaya is without clarity or obscurity. The mandala of self-appearing light manifests in body, realms, and retinue. Not one, not different, in all uncontaminated phenomena, it becomes the unwavering support. This is the self-appearing, perfect Dharmakaya. In the single taste of omniscient wisdom, luminous and without attachment, is the power of the body. Inexpressible wisdom and compassion.
