与慈悲之光相连结，与菩萨行者同在。此乃大秘密之决定语，执持秘密心髓之续。如是世尊所宣说。秘密真言持明眷属众，从自明智慧心要中，安住于法身，任运成就利生事业而欢喜行持。十方一切诸佛，于彼时节赐予灌顶。无有胜于此之教言，于一切方所皆赞叹。从果秘密无上续大续清净心髓中，名为义之付嘱教言品第十九竟。果秘密无上续大续清净无垢心髓名为续之王圆满。邬金（乌仗那）之堪布莲花生之尊前，由译师比丘毗卢遮那于吉祥桑耶（桑耶寺）大寺院中翻译。后由君主之子三人，祈请邬金（乌仗那），清净而确定后，记录于目录中，发愿与具缘者相遇。于虚空藏中阿ཐྃ་རྒྱ།སརྒཱ་རུ་ཀུ་རྚཧར། 唉玛，我等莲花生，此秘密真言究竟之殊胜续，于争斗时五百年间，甚深之续皆成文字，名相虽多而无修持，彼时为利而埋藏为伏藏。此外无有胜者之教言，愿与具缘者相遇。伏藏护法们善为守护。萨玛雅 རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ། 仁钦林巴从伏藏中取出黄纸。书写于手抄本经书上的善根力，愿此执持具种姓者与一切众生，证悟秘密心髓之义，速疾获得成佛。གྷུ་ཧྱེ། 萨玛雅 རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ། 唉玛霍！邬金（乌仗那）心子仁钦林巴，从甚深伏藏中取出大续，于五浊恶世以大悲垂念众生，使佛法教言兴盛广大。伏藏师徒皆不忘恩德。如今之时具缘懒惰者，虽欲于此生获得解脱菩提，然因懒惰所使或福德浅薄，修持未成，邬金（乌仗那）以大悲策励。

May the connection to the light of compassion be established. May all beings go together with the Bodhisattva. This is the definitive statement of the Great Secret. Hold this tantra of the essence of secret mantra. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. All the assemblies of secret mantra vidyadharas, from the essence of self-aware wisdom, may they abide in the Dharmakaya, and joyfully engage in spontaneously accomplishing the benefit of beings. May all the Buddhas of the ten directions bestow empowerment at that very time. There is no teaching superior to this. May it be praised in all directions. From the Great Tantra of the Fruit, the Secret, the Unsurpassed, the Essence of Immaculate Purity: The Nineteenth Chapter, the Chapter on the Transmission of Meaning and Entrustment. The King of Tantras, called the Great Tantra of the Fruit, the Secret, the Unsurpassed, the Essence of Immaculate Purity, is complete. Translated by the Abbot of Oddiyana, Padmasambhava, and the translator Bhikshu Vairochana, in the great temple of glorious Samye (Samye Monastery). Later, the three sons of the sovereign, requested Oddiyana (Udyana), and after purifying and establishing it, recorded it in the catalog, and made the aspiration to meet with those of karmic connection. In the treasury of space, aཐྃ་རྒྱ།སརྒཱ་རུ་ཀུ་རྚཧར། Ema, I, Padmasambhava, this supreme tantra, the ultimate of secret mantra, in the five hundred years of the age of strife, the profound tantras have become mere words. There are many terms but no practice. At that time, for the benefit of others, it was hidden as a treasure. There is no other teaching of the Victorious One. May it meet with those of karmic connection. May the treasure guardians protect it well. Samaya Gya Gya Gya. May Rinchen Lingpa bring forth the yellow scroll from the treasure. By the merit of writing on the handwritten scriptures, may all those who hold this, who possess the lineage, and all beings, realize the meaning of the essence of secret mantra, and quickly attain Buddhahood. Guhya. Samaya Gya Gya Gya. Emaho! Rinchen Lingpa, the heart son of Oddiyana (Udyana), brought forth the great tantra from the profound treasure, and with compassion for beings in the degenerate age, caused the teachings of the Dharma to flourish and expand. All the treasure disciples have not forgotten the kindness. At this time, those of karmic connection are lazy. Although they desire liberation and enlightenment in this life, due to the power of laziness or lack of merit, practice is not accomplished. May Oddiyana (Udyana) inspire them with compassion.

གེ་བ་དྲི་མེད་བཅོ་ལྔའི་ཟླ་འདྲ་དེས།། ཕ་མས་གཙོ་བྱས་འགྲོ་བ་ཉམ་ཐག་རྣམས།། ཐར་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན་རྟོགས་ནས།། བདེ་ལྡན་ཞིང དུ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཞབས་དྲུང་དུ།། དཀར་སྨུག་འདབ་མ་སྟོང་ལྡན་ཟེ་འབྲུ་ལ།། ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་སྐུ་མཚན་དཔེ་ལྡན་པ་ཡིས།། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པར་འགྱེད་པར་ཤོག།།།

如十五皎洁之月光， 父母为主可怜诸众生， 证悟解脱大道心要义， 极乐刹土无边足下处， 白红千瓣具蕊之莲上， 报身圆满具相好者以， 祈愿化现菩提心之身。

Like the immaculate fifteenth moon, May all suffering beings, led by parents, Realize the essential meaning of the great path of liberation, And at the feet of the boundless in the blissful realm, Upon a lotus with a thousand white and crimson petals and pistils, May the Sambhogakaya, complete with marks and signs, Emanate as an embodiment of bodhicitta.
