And the arising of accomplishments, etc., if it increases internally, immortality arises. If the right increases, then affliction increases. If the left increases, it is wisdom. Sentient beings' winds exhale outwards, Bodhisattvas hold them inwards. The key to the arising of qualities is that. The two moving together are hermaphroditic, residing in the central channel liberates the grasped and the grasper. In the vajra posture of the Bhagavan, to abide equally is the key to that. Without arising or entering, in the outer and inner, abiding equally, the wind enters the central channel, therefore, the collections of thoughts and dual appearances are self-liberated. The light of wisdom blazes clearly. The movement of the three outer and inner winds is in years, months, days, and hours. The movement of the sun and moon, left and right, is in summer and winter, waxing and waning moons, etc. Day and night, morning and afternoon, etc., dusk and dawn, left and right two. Alternately moving and flowing, the winds of the five elements flow. Water wind above the nose, earth wind below. Fire wind right, wind is left. The wind of space flows in the center. Relying on the ear canal, it flows. Relying on the wind of the five grains, all internal and external interdependent arisings appear. In a healthy and flourishing body, the number of winds each day is twenty-one thousand six hundred. Subtle winds are beyond number. In each channel, one wind is formed, like smoke inside a house. In the shape and color of the channels, the shape and color of the winds reside. Arising, entering, and abiding, all three are present. Especially like the stopper at the end, the flow of breath is in the left and right two. Exhaling and inhaling, all actions are done by that. It is the root of faults and qualities. Transformed by conditions, various things arise. The key is the abiding wind, liberated in the nature of the central channel. The equal wind is in the nature of things, by the disturbance of the conditioned channels and winds, the five poisons of affliction are self-released. Those who go in the actions of the five aggregates revolve. If the wind of ignorance and karma is not pure, the states of suffering in samsara are endless. When the three winds enter the central channel, the three poisons, karma, and afflictions are liberated. In the knot of the channel at the waist of the grasper and the grasped, a letter-shaped thing, the seeds of the six realms are liberated there. In the seed of the Victorious One from the beginning, existing, it becomes the wind of wisdom. The best of the Victorious One's body, speech, and mind, the Thus-Gone One is liberated in that. The so-called wind is what does all actions, from the arising of samsara to passing into peace, wind.
