赐教言：恶业众生汝，身语意三勤精进，坛城诸尊请作证，恭敬向坛城本尊忏，向无缘法身顶礼，向圆满报身顶礼，向种种化身顶礼，向不变金刚身顶礼，向现证菩提身顶礼，向胜方便红黑文殊身顶礼，向无垢妙音莲花语顶礼，向除罪业病甘露药顶礼，三世诸佛皆修持，二资圆满功德至究竟，向身及智慧众顶礼，于五大自在者，向常恒五母顶礼，自性界中成就母，向界自在五尊顶礼，因果菩提心之化身，向三十二空行母顶礼，自在天之化身，向诸部童男顶礼，吉祥天女之化身，向诸部童女顶礼，于世间界自在母，怖畏光焰发髻者，贪著欲乐之母，向母众顶礼，善恶持量守护誓言且，如教奉行作助伴，向护法海众顶礼。如是说。胜乐王续中，忏罪请白之品中，坛城聚集之品，第七品竟。 赐教言：何人若向幻化忿怒尊，坛城本尊作顶礼，一切罪堕皆清净，五无间罪亦得净，那落迦处亦能摧，称为持明佛之刹。如是宣说之时，地狱处之众有情，复得忆念，痛苦当下息灭后，金刚萨埵如是说，祈请诸佛刹海众垂念，三世诸佛所有之，无间罪业异熟净，密咒誓言恢复如初，何况微小诸罪业，何人若为业所逼，亦定从中得解脱，发生瘟疫传染时，自身本尊观明然。

Bestowed teachings: You, sentient beings with bad karma, exert diligence in body, speech, and mind. Invoke the deities of the mandala as witnesses, and with reverence, confess to the deities of the mandala. I prostrate to the Dharmakaya, devoid of characteristics. I prostrate to the Sambhogakaya, the body of perfect enjoyment. I prostrate to the Nirmanakaya, the body of various manifestations. I prostrate to the immutable Vajrakaya. I prostrate to the Abhisambodhikaya, the body of manifest enlightenment. I prostrate to the supreme method, the red-black Manjushri. I prostrate to the flawless, melodious speech of the lotus. I prostrate to the amrita medicine that cures the diseases of faults. Those who are accomplished by all the Buddhas of the three times, having perfected the two accumulations and brought qualities to completion, I prostrate to the assembly of body and wisdom. Those who have mastered the five elements, I prostrate to the five eternal queens. The mothers who are accomplished from the realm of inherent nature, I prostrate to the five wealthy consorts of the realm. The emanations of cause, effect, and Bodhicitta, I prostrate to the thirty-two Dakinis. The emanations of Ganapati, I prostrate to the male Gings. The emanations of the goddess Shri Devi (Palden Lhamo), I prostrate to the female Gings. The mothers who have dominion over the world realm, the terrifying, blazing-haired ones, the mothers who are attached to the taste of desire, I prostrate to the assembly of mothers. Those who hold the measure of good and bad, who uphold the vows, and who assist in accomplishing according to the teachings, I prostrate to the ocean of oath-bound protectors. Thus it was said. From the Supreme Empowerment, the King of Tantras, from the chapter on confessing faults and requesting testimony, the seventh chapter, the gathering of the mandala, is complete. Bestowed teachings: Whoever prostrates to the deities of the mandala of the wrathful illusion, all impairments will be purified, and even the sins of the five heinous crimes will be purified. Even the realms of Naraka will be overturned, and it will be known as the pure land of the Vidyadharas. When this was proclaimed, the sentient beings in the realms of hell regained their memory, and their suffering subsided. Then Vajrasattva spoke these words: May the ocean of Buddha-fields be mindful! All the karmic ripenings of the heinous deeds of all the Buddhas of the three times are purified. The secret mantra vows are restored. What need is there to mention ordinary non-virtues? Whoever is threatened by circumstances will surely be liberated from that suffering. At the time when epidemic diseases arise, with oneself clearly visualizing the Yidam...

Reciting this essence does not stop. Whoever strikes with evil mantras and weapons, Reciting this essence will return to themselves. If you recite this path of seeking meaning, You will surely be liberated from fearful enemies. For the harm of evil spirits, fears, and obstacles, Reciting this knowledge destroys those evil spirits. Whatever sentient being desires a son, From this knowledge, they will obtain that lineage. Even if afflicted by afflictions, poverty, and destitution, Reciting this essence will find precious jewels. Whoever recites this to gather retinues, Even the three realms will gather as retinues. The four activities will surely be accomplished. I will recite the hundred-syllable mantra, Which purifies all downfalls and obscurations. All breakages and deteriorations are filled by this. Having said this, Recite this mantra that pulls out from the pit of evil destinies. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā. Oṃ vajrasattva samaya. Manupālaya. Vajrasattva. Tvenopatiṣṭha. Dṛḍho me bhava. Sutoṣyo me bhava. Anurakto me bhava. Supoṣyo me bhava. Sarva siddhiṃ me prayaccha. Sarva karma su ca me. Cittaṃ śreyaḥ kuru hūṃ. Ha ha ha ha ho. Bhagavan. Sarva tathāgata vajra mā me muñca vajrī bhava. Mahā samaya sattva a. This is when the time is right, Three or seven or fourteen, Twenty-one or one hundred and eight, If recited with clear visualization of the deity, It will fill all breakages and deteriorations. You will be liberated from the three evil destinies. If you recite this with pure intention, You will become the son of the Buddhas of the three times. Having said this, The sentient beings with bad karma, the hell beings, Said, "Protector, Bodhisattva, alala ho!" Then the Buddhas of the three times, To Vajrasattva, "You have recited the essence of the heart, It is very good! Reciting the king of confession, it is good, it is good!" Thus, they gave their blessings. From the Tantra of the Supreme King of Empowerment, The eighth chapter, the essence secret mantra confession. Then Vajrapani, For that sentient being with bad karma, To make them suitable as a vessel for mantra, First, having generated faith and bodhicitta, And the empowerment of the vase deity, And the secret mantra empowerment, Which draws them from the realm of hell. Holding the vase filled with substances, Placed on the crown of that evil-doer, Recite this verse of knowledge: Hūṃ! Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri in the vase, The assembly of peaceful and wrathful Buddhas resides, Grant empowerment to you, sentient being.
