乃至花鬘者，于大海边之须弥山侧，有珍宝宫殿与喜乐园林，具足树木池沼种种受用。阿修罗王权示及小眷属众，种种部族十二万千，形色种种，受用苦乐相杂。以骄慢故欲与天争，以神通身亦能障蔽日月之光。摇动山岳，天鼓发声。能以自身六千年间行使权势。以罪及供施仪轨之法而增长。城市庄严须弥山侧，二城之上百千层，胜于前者之楼阁，以及黄金与琥珀人鬘林，混合之四园林苑囿，于国王花鬘执，阿修罗女众以供养，欢喜受用势力。阿修罗能活七千年。以世间善妙受用，第三于黄金地上，名为三重楼阁之城市，具足金光之珍宝，八千踰缮那之楼阁上，吉祥自然美丽之水流，以及树林苑囿众多，充满鸟类与蜂群。大自在者善巧族，阿修罗美女极美丽者，珍宝严饰嬉戏欢娱，示现无畏之神通，大力极笑傲慢自负，一切阿修罗皆增长势力，受用嬉戏放逸而行。此生自寿八千岁。如是阿修罗之族类，从畜生之类及恶趣之处，转生为天及人，亦生各自同类之果报，随即堕入地狱之中。以贪嗔二者之贪爱，乃是天与阿修罗争斗之因。缘由是阿修罗女，于天之住处观望时，天之子众欲心动，天降甘露之雨，阿修罗众生起贪欲，贪着于食物及贪爱于女色，以嫉妒猜忌傲慢之故，阿修罗罗睺执权忿怒，天与阿修罗将起战争。人们行善止争斗，白色之龙众欢喜故，人间吉祥安乐生，杂染行
