O Secret Lord! Beings take bodies in the six realms through five paths, namely gods, asuras, and humans, which are three. The evil destinies are three: hell, hungry ghosts, and animals. There are three types of hell: eight hot hells, eight cold hells, and neighboring hells. The eight hot hells include: Reviving Hell, Black Line Hell, Crushing Hell, Crying Hell, Great Crying Hell, Hot Hell, Very Hot Hell, and Uninterrupted Hell. Suffering is unbearable and lasts for a long time. In the Reviving Hell, one is crushed between two mountains that look like sheep's heads or lion's heads. In the Black Line Hell, lines are drawn on the body, and then it is sawed apart. In the Crushing Hell, one is placed inside an iron or copper container, and then struck from the sky with a large iron hammer. In the Crying Hell, one is placed in a burning iron house, and the wind of karma blows from all directions, igniting the flames. In the Great Crying Hell, the body is burned as soon as it is touched by the flames. In the Hot Hell, the body is consumed by flames. In the Very Hot Hell, the lungs and heart are consumed by flames. In the Uninterrupted Hell, the body is stiff, flames burn, and it is burned from all directions. The time is long; on an iron mountain, every hundred years, a bird's wing brushes against it once, and when the iron mountain is worn away, the life of the Reviving Hell ends. The cold hells include: Blister Hell, Bursting Blister Hell, Achuchu Hell, Huhu Hell, Chapped Lips Hell, Blue Lotus Hell, Red Lotus Hell, and Bursting Like Utpal Hell. In the Blister Hell, one is placed in an iron house, and the house is like a sieve, and the wind of karma blows from all directions, so that one's body is filled with blisters the size of a thumb. In the Bursting Blister Hell, when the blisters burst, blood and pus flow out. In the Achuchu Hell, because of the cold, one can only make the sound "Achuchu." In the Huhu Hell, one can only utter groans and cries. In the Chapped Lips Hell, the teeth bite into the gums, and not even a sound can be made. In the Blue Lotus Hell, the blisters burst in the shape of a cross. In the Red Lotus Hell, the blisters burst and turn outwards. In the Bursting Like Utpal Hell, like the Utpal flower, the roots are thin and the flowers are large, and all bloom outwards.

It is connected by water veins with subtle nutrients. The long-lived one is a container filled with a large amount of sesame seeds. Every hundred years, one sesame seed is taken out. When the sesame seeds are used up, the life of the blister hell ends. The others have twice the lifespan of the previous one. The hell of the sun wheel starts from the eastern gate with a fiery pit. In the south is the endless river of ashes, in the west is the swamp of decay, and in the north is the forest of sword leaves. In the fiery pit, the iron house, because it feels hot, wants to go out, but all the doors are surrounded by fire. Thinking that it is better to die here than to suffer inside, it jumps into the fiery pit, and the whole body turns to ashes. The endless river of ashes is where the ashes are below the waist, struggling to move forward. The swamp of decay is a huge swamp that is below the knees, struggling to move forward, and iron-mouthed worms gnaw at the feet. The forest of sword leaves, because they cannot bear the cold, they go to a place that looks dark, and all the leaves turn into swords and fall on the body. The duration is each intermediate kalpa. There are four kinds of pretas: outer-obstructed pretas, inner-obstructed pretas, door-hole-obstructed pretas, and common-karma-obstructed pretas. Outer-obstructed pretas see all edible things as pus and blood, which is caused by being stingy with one's own wealth. Inner-obstructed pretas have mouths as small as the eye of a needle, necks as thin as a bowstring, and stomachs as large as Mount Sumeru, so they cannot find food, and even if they find it, they cannot hold it. Even if they hold a little, it is useless, which is caused by being stingy with other people's wealth. Door-hole-obstructed pretas have mouths as small as the eye of a needle and do not want to go to eat. When they finally go once, the food turns into iron balls and burns in their stomachs until the ghee melts, which is caused by embezzling the property of the Three Jewels and ransoms. Common-karma-obstructed pretas hold weapons to guard food and do not give it to others, which is caused merely by stinginess and poverty. The long-lived ones can live for five thousand years. The suffering of animals is threefold: the suffering of being eaten by each other, the suffering of being slaughtered, and the suffering of being enslaved.
