Like eating, The fruition of cause and effect is not deceptive, One will die experiencing the fruit of suffering. Seeing non-existence as existence is a false dharma, Like a blind person groping for a stove. Not wanting cause and effect is a great loss, There is no escape from the ripening. Holding existence as non-existence is a false dharma, Like being deceived by a magic show. Impermanence and suffering are so great, Those who speculate on existence and non-existence, Make wild guesses on the dark path, And will fall into the abyss of suffering. If one does not realize the meaning of selflessness, This self-grasping will destroy them. Like a raft tossed in the middle of the ocean. For a patient who is near death, The need for a doctor is lost. For the ripening of wrong views, Other methods are of no help, One should refute the person with wrong views, And lead them onto the right path. The true and unerring path, This is the awareness of the mind of enlightenment, It is not permanent, it is free from characteristics, It is not annihilation, it is knowing and clear. Free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation, without a basis, It appears like an illusion in the conventional, The various causes and effects of dependent origination are true. In the ultimate, it exists like a magician, Free from grasping and being grasped, it is the true nature. This stability of non-duality, Does not fall to any side, it is clear in all directions. Who knows this unerring path? This samsara is nirvana. Like the darkness that rises in the morning, Delusion does not remain, suffering is liberated. This awareness of great bliss and luminosity, The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas say, If you want to realize the supreme meaning, Abide as it is, do not be distracted, and it will manifest. By holding onto one's own views, The philosophies of those with little wisdom are, Held by the two divisions of the Shravakas, This external object is held as real. Two parts of an atom combine, Accumulating into a mass of one atom, Giving rise to all containers and contents, This samsara wants to be abandoned, Those who want to attain liberation, Is it oneself or not oneself? If samsara is oneself, Like the body and shadow that cannot be separated, Abandoning samsara will not change anything. If it is not oneself, then there is no need to abandon it, Light and darkness cannot coexist. If samsara is conventional mind, Are conventional and ultimate one or different? If one, then the ultimate is delusion, Where does samsara exist in samsara? Like darkness cannot dispel darkness. If it has become another entity, Conventional
