此乃自生灯，遣除一切黑暗的大光明，是光明遍知者。如是宣说。出自大乘现观菩提道大续，与虚空等同之菩提心之果，以譬喻开示之第十六品。如海之三藏之，如意宝般之精华，此菩提心大续，交付于观世音自在调伏众生者，慈氏怙主您。您以大续利益众生，如意大树般兴盛行持。未来时您的族裔，将执持菩提心续，谁能解开我的密意。胜者加持的心意之子，不退转于大乐道，现证殊胜菩提。任何具慧者，将以智慧之眼证悟。以信心或执持，每一词之义，入于义之种姓之子。以摧毁轮回，此大义，善加受持，铭记于心。我的教法住世间，此殊胜续将利益众生。之后将往兜率天，解脱天人等众生。谁非我，非我的法，以相似之行而争论。魔加持，伺机而动，不能损毁菩提心续。复次此续之执持者，意义重大。执持此者之种姓之子，无论处于何方，诸佛加持，与众生结缘者，将次第行于大乘地。人与非人种姓之众，听闻此者具意义，魔不得逞，脱离恶趣获解脱。谁于头顶受持此者，无上菩提不遥远。悟此义之种姓之子，虽处轮回亦涅槃。成为具足一切功德之宝藏者，成为胜者，噫玛吙！如是宣说。彼等眷属一切皆欢喜，对导师之语生起敬信。菩提心之精华义，胜者无上之密意，谁执持此者之种姓之子，愿获得与诸佛无别之殊胜功德。仅见或听闻此者，邪分别魔众息灭。

This is the self-arisen lamp, the great light that dispels all darkness, it is the luminous omniscient one. Thus it was declared. From the Great Tantra of the Realization of the Great Vehicle, the Path to Enlightenment, Equal to Space, the Sixteenth Chapter, which teaches the fruit of the Bodhicitta with metaphors. The essence, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, of the ocean-like Tripitaka, this great tantra of Bodhicitta, I entrust to you, Avalokiteśvara, who tames beings, Maitreya, the protector. May you use the great tantra to benefit beings, flourishing like a great wish-fulfilling tree. In the future, your lineage will hold the Bodhicitta tantra, and who will unravel my intention. The son of the Victorious One's blessing and mind power, will not turn back from the path of great bliss, and will manifest the supreme enlightenment. Whoever is intelligent will realize it with the eye of wisdom. With faith or holding, the son of the lineage who enters into the meaning of each word. By destroying samsara, this great meaning, hold it well and remember it in your heart. As long as my teachings remain, this supreme tantra will benefit beings. Then he will go to the abode of Tushita, liberating gods and humans. Whoever is not me, not my Dharma, will argue with similar conduct. The demons bless, looking for opportunities, but cannot destroy the Bodhicitta tantra. Again, the holder of this lineage will become very meaningful. The son of the lineage who holds this, wherever he is, the Buddhas bless, whoever is connected to sentient beings, will gradually go to the Great Vehicle ground. Humans and non-human lineages, hearing this is meaningful, demons will not find an opportunity, and will be liberated from the lower realms and attain liberation. Whoever holds this on their head, the unsurpassed enlightenment is not far away. The son of the lineage who understands this meaning, even if he remains in samsara, will attain nirvana. May he become the treasure holder of all qualities, may he become a victor, Emaho! Thus it was declared. All of those retinues rejoiced, and praised the Teacher's words. The essence of the Bodhicitta, the unsurpassed intention of the Victorious Ones, the son of the lineage who holds this, may he obtain the supreme qualities that are inseparable from the Buddhas. Even seeing or hearing this, may the hordes of wrong thoughts and demons be pacified.

May we settle on the path with devotion! May the name or color of that one, or even the traces of their bones, fulfill the wishes of beings! In the place where that one dwells, may we practice the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, and may it be a source of all kinds of joy! May we quickly attain Buddhahood by practicing this, and may all those to be tamed, equal to that one, quickly empty the cycle of existence! May we also at that time, be helpers in accomplishing activities, and may we be the glory of non-duality! With the sacred wealth of non-duality, in the pure land of the protector, the Great Bliss, may the three bodies settle on the ground! The Seventeenth Chapter, the Entrusting and Rejoicing, from the Great Vehicle or the Abhisamaya-alamkara, the Great Continuum of the Path to Enlightenment, Equal to Space, is complete.
