Having said, "Suppress with grain," he again spoke words representing the nature of reality: O Secret Lord, if you say Great Luminosity, know that luminosity is a realm without obstruction, and Great means that luminosity is uncreated, and before it there is nothing else, and know that luminosity is superior to others. If you say Self-Luminosity, it means that nothing else abides, and it is free from grasping and being grasped. If you say Pure Luminosity, know that luminosity has no multiplicity. If you say the Nature of Reality, it means that the realm is unchanging. If you say the Sphere, it means that the realm is free from elaboration. If you say the Expanse, it means that it is vast, free from parts. Know that emptiness is unchanging. If you say the Realm, know that it is the place where one dwells and its appearance. If you say Emptiness, it means that it transcends characteristics and is without substance. If you say Vastness, it means that there is no narrowness in it, it pervades itself, and know that it is the basis from which many appearances arise without ceasing. The Sphere is completely pure because the origin of impurities is not established, there are no habitual tendencies, and know that it can manifest the radiance of wisdom. If you say Padma Blissful Clarity, know that it does not harm the immaculate appearance, and know that it is self-luminous and without grasping. If you say the Sphere free from elaboration, it means that it is free from the characteristics of the four elements. If you say the unchanging Expanse, it means that the nature of reality has no front or back. Thus he spoke. From the Great All-Illuminating Thigle, the fifth chapter, which identifies the words that represent the reality of the ground of things. Unable to be contained by a crystal reliquary, from a turquoise mandala, the radiance of the stupa was drawn forth, appearing as the mantra of the five rainbow goddesses: ཨ་བྷྱིད་ཏྱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པཉྩ་པྲ་སཱ་རཱའ་ཀྷ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ་ཧ་ར། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) At that time, the teacher, the Great Vajradhara, entered into the samadhi of luminous wisdom. Again, at that time, the Lord of Secrets asked: That great ground luminosity spoken of earlier, that wisdom that is not accidental, for present, future, and subsequent followers, please speak of the meanings of wisdom. The teacher arose from the state of luminous wisdom and said: Son of lineage, listen, I will briefly explain the meaning of wisdom. The nature of wisdom itself, the definition of wisdom, its divisions and categories, and explain it in conjunction with symbols and metaphors. The nature of wisdom is: clear and non-conceptual. That is, the self-nature

The primordial wisdom of the pure ground is without substance, utterly transparent. When combined with the body, it is the Dharmakaya. When combined with awareness, it is the essence. Son of noble family, the way of dwelling is dwelling in light. When combined with the body, it is the Rupakaya. When combined with wisdom, it is the wisdom that grasps characteristics. The way of appearing is appearing without inside or outside, it is the wisdom of unobstructed clarity. Moreover, because the nature is utterly pure, it transcends the extreme of permanence. The way of dwelling is dwelling in light, it transcends the extreme of annihilation. The way of appearing is without inside or outside, the grasped and the grasper are utterly pure, it is the essence of wisdom. From the definition of wisdom, 'ye' means knowing without error the meaning of 'is', therefore it is wisdom. The distinctions and categories are: Awareness is without substance, primordially pure, greatly transparent, from that all samsara and nirvana appear, therefore it is the wisdom of the ground. That dwells in emptiness, therefore it is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. That emptiness dwells without interruption in awareness, therefore it is the wisdom like a mirror. Emptiness itself is awareness, and awareness itself is emptiness, emptiness and awareness are inseparable, therefore it is equality. Emptiness and awareness are two without being separate, and each is known individually, it is the wisdom of individual self-awareness. The wisdom of awareness without substance is not a dharma with substance, therefore the door of qualities is vast, that is, the ability is without bias, and arises without obstruction to anything, it is the wisdom of accomplishing activities. Thus, although explained from each aspect of the words, from the aspect of meaning, because it does not appear to have parts, it is the wisdom of non-abiding. Alas! Son of noble family, knowing in this way is knowing oneself by oneself, it is the wisdom of awareness. That has no maker, therefore it is self-born wisdom. It does not go beyond its meaning, therefore it is the wisdom of the mind that is difficult to surpass. To illustrate with examples, the example of the wisdom of the ground is: because it produces everything, it is like a precious earth. The example of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu is like the sky. The example of the wisdom like a mirror is: like clear water or a mirror without stains. The example of the wisdom of equality is the example of the equality of the three times, like a river. The example of non-duality is like gold and yellow. The example of the wisdom of individual self-awareness is like stars rising in the ocean. The example of the wisdom of accomplishing activities is like wind and sun. The example of non-abiding wisdom is like water
