Alas! Vajrapani, listen! Just as a lotus, though it grows in mud, is not defiled by impurities. Even if outer and inner confusion arises, The self-awareness is not confused, it is inherently free from defilement. Not being confused is Buddhahood. Son of awareness, the pure essence of the Dharmakaya, adorned with the pure fruition of the Rupakaya, The three Kayas of meaning are inseparable, Like a lamp inside a vase, It is utterly clear within wisdom. Son of lineage, the Rupakaya, the outer vessel of the world, the palace, within the mandala for taming beings, The unobstructed radiance of the nature of the three Kayas, The immeasurable palace of wisdom is also clear as light. Within it, the four Kayas, endowed with body, speech, and mind, The mandala of self-nature, completely pure, abides without obstruction. Its compassion appears as the five Herukas without ceasing, It is the self-born mandala of compassion, Abiding thus is the unconfused Buddha. Son of lineage, to the unconfused Buddha, the untainted nature of reality is shown, It is the mirror of the heart. For example, this contaminated aggregate, Just as it is determined by a created mirror, The uncontaminated wisdom is clear without obstruction, Like the mirror of the Alaya consciousness, wisdom is clear and pure. The root of all arising, the meaning of non-obstruction, Not made by the actions of a blacksmith's hand, But from the heart of Amitabha, The five-tiered crystal stupa that naturally arises is the mirror of the heart. When the symbol is shown, The contaminated frame cannot overcome the uncontaminated wisdom, The mirror of the heart's wisdom appears as it is. The root of its confusion is thoroughly determined by the great commentary of the oral instructions. This meaning is the great self-born wisdom, It has never changed in the three times, It is the unchanging great Atiyoga view. This is the great commentary on the nature of reality, where confusion is reversed and wisdom arises. This is the peg of immutability hammered down by the lamp of signs. The great commentary of the scriptures is applied to the meaning. The great self is based on the commentary of suchness. Having realized its meaning, there is no need to meditate, it is virtue. This also naturally abides, so there is no separation. Object and subject, what is to be meditated on and the meditator, Things and characteristics, there is no attachment to them, for example

It is like a honeycomb attached to a cliff. The meaning of Dharmata cannot be understood in an ordinary way, so ordinary people cannot understand it in an ordinary way. It must be understood as described above. Therefore, not being focused is a fault. Once it is definitely understood, not being focused is a virtue. The so-called not being focused means that even when abiding, one is simply abiding in the state of Dharmata's self-appearance without wavering. Even when walking, one is walking in the self-radiance of wisdom, in a state where self-nature has not ceased, just like a lamp or the sun walking with self-appearance. Even when sleeping, one is in the unwavering state, in the state of clear awareness, where power gathers at the base, self-nature merges into the base, and phenomena are liberated in themselves, which actually turns into great wealth. Even when standing, from the unwavering state, awareness spontaneously arises, and self-nature manifests without ceasing. Alas, son of a noble family, remember well. Although the four activities are practiced, they do not go beyond one's own radiance, and Dharmata does not waver from its state. For example, no matter where a bird flies, there is no place beyond the sky; no matter where a fish swims, it does not go beyond the water; no matter where a person goes, they do not go beyond the earth. A yogi who has realized this does not waver from the state. Son of a noble family, what is to be cultivated is that the truly perfect and complete Buddha is not elsewhere, but is simply the self-knowing Dharmakaya. All appearances are spontaneous appearances, the awareness Dharmakaya is emptiness, without cessation, and the two are inseparable. The wisdom that knows this way does not cease, there is no obstruction to it, and it manifests as five characteristics. These five manifest as five wisdoms. The five wisdoms manifest as five lights. The five lights manifest as five families. The five families manifest as five bodies. The five bodies and five mothers do not cease. The heart-sons and heart-mothers of the five fathers and five mothers do not cease. The heart-mothers manifest as objects. The heart-sons manifest as faculties and consciousnesses. This is the intention of awareness's self-appearance, expanding on appearances, and there is no conceptual thought of other-appearance other than the wisdom of self-appearance. At the time of cessation, with the intention of phenomena's self-liberation, power gathers at the base, and the five objects are liberated in the five gates. The five gates are liberated in the heart-sons and heart-mothers. The heart-sons and heart-mothers are liberated in the five family fathers and mothers. These five are also liberated in the five wisdoms. The five wisdoms are also liberated in the five characteristics of awareness. The five characteristics are liberated in the non-grasping self-clarity of awareness. The faculties gather at the place.
