The ground appears clearly. The single speech is the branch of the mandala, Inconceivable, pervading everywhere. Sounds, names, and words are distinctly heard. All are the supreme mudra of speech. From the supreme tantra, the net of illusion, The meaning of blissful speech arises, When all transform into the nature of the lotus, The sound of the path of liberation and samsara, Whatever is spoken is the supreme speech. All vehicles, high and low, And all heretical paths, Are gathered into the speech of the enlightened vajra. Having gathered, it is distinctly heard in the ten directions. Having been heard, it is spoken in a non-attached state. Speaking itself is unspeakable, That unspeakable itself is various sounds, Heard by all and measured individually. For example, like waking from sleep, One sound of speech understands everything. This is the king of supreme speech. All vehicles, high and low, Are not spoken from suchness, But heard separately as a means of taming. However one speaks, even if one proclaims everything, It is not spoken from suchness. Speech without letters and wisdom, Even if not uttered from the tip of the tongue, Yet, through the blessing of compassionate speech, The benefit of beings is distinctly clear. Clarity itself is the supreme vajra of speech. Likewise, the benefit of beings through speech, Even though it does not depart from suchness, It is like the sound of a cave. The seventh chapter on the mandala summary and secret mantras from The Quintessence of Secret Definiteness. Then, in order to bless all the limbs of all the Tathagatas to be spontaneously accomplished in the mandala, this is specifically spoken. The net of illusion is the perfect enlightenment, The supreme seal of all enlightenment, The quintessence of secret definiteness, The mudra of the heart is difficult to surpass. The letter in the center of the immovable sun. The letter in the center of the precious moon. From the union of five and two, Combination is the cause of the arising of the mudra. ཨོ~ྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ~̐, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Om) and མཱུ~ྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: मू~̐, Romanized Sanskrit: mūṃ, Literal Meaning: Muṃ) two tips joined together, Eight syllables intertwined, then tips joined together, Joining together with all the victorious ones, The mudra that bestows great bliss. Hiding four syllables, place them in the heart, ཧཱུ~ྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हू~̐, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) raise the tip, the vajra blazes, Hiding the moon syllable, ring the bell, Abiding in the Dharma in an entwined manner, Hiding four syllables, place them in the heart, མུ~ྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: मू~̐, Romanized Sanskrit: mūṃ, Literal Meaning: Muṃ) raise the tip, ring the bell blazes, The sun, five syllables, spontaneously entwined.
