Therefore, place the name in the determined meaning, understand through classification. The definition and reason are: not abiding in ultimate perfection, reaching the other shore. Classification is summarized into two types: the other shore of cause and the other shore of effect. For example, a person pursuing meaning embarks on the path, reaches the desired state, or relies on a boat to be liberated from the ocean, just as a warrior uses his thumb to propel an arrow, abiding in the state of ultimate accomplishment. Thus it is said. In the Great Tantra of Devoid of Elaborations, the chapter explaining the meaning of the other shore of the fruit, the one hundred and fourth. Then, the Lord of Secrets asked again: Kye Kye, Bhagavan Vajradhara! In the tantras and agamas spoken by the Teacher, what is the meaning of what is said as "cavity"? Thus he asked. The Teacher replied: Vajradhara, listen well! The nature, definition, and classification of cavity are explained with similar examples. There are three types of classification: precious cavity, light cavity, and habitual cavity. First, the one holding the characteristics is: completely pure, transparent, non-conceptual, immutable, unobstructed, all-illuminating, the body of wisdom, like a single-faceted crystal, described in detail above, like the appearance of the base, the precious cavity is the Dharmakaya. The characteristic of the intermediate one is: unobstructed, the light body of wisdom, possessing the thirty-two marks, the mandala of the five great aggregates, clear, bright, beautiful, blazing with glory, the light cavity is the Sambhogakaya. The characteristic of the last one is: completely possessing the four types of habitual patterns, including the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, possessing the eight consciousnesses and the mind, I have shown it as the habitual cavity. Therefore, the nature of the three cavities, as shown above, is explained as the three bodies. The reason for the so-called "cavity" is: it is the support for entering. The word "cavity" is: the respective definitions are shown. Qualities all arise from the precious cavity, the light cavity that appears but has no inherent nature, shown with examples such as the moon in water, reflections in a mirror, and rainbows. The habitual cavity is strengthened by the power of conceptual thoughts. Thus it is said. In the Great Tantra of Devoid of Elaborations, the chapter explaining cavity, the one hundred and fifth. Then, the Lord of Secrets asked again: Kye Kye!

Bhagavan Vajradhara. In the tantras and agamas spoken by the Teacher, The various appearances that are mentioned, Please explain their meaning. Thus he requested. The Teacher said: Vajradhara, listen carefully. The nature and definition of appearances, And examples of their various divisions, I will explain. First, there are two divisions: extensive and concise. The extensive one has four aspects: The six appearances of attachment to the six realms, The ten appearances of cause-and-effect mind, The one appearance of the realized meaning, The four appearances of indivisible Samantabhadra. The concise appearances are of three types: The impure, deluded appearance, The pure, worldly appearance, And the truly pure appearance of wisdom. First, the extensive explanation of appearances: The six appearances of attachment to the six realms. Because the circle of knowable objects is uninterrupted, On this very object of appearance, Hell beings see hot and cold in two ways. Hungry ghosts have three appearances, Outer, inner, and common appearances. Outwardly, food appears as pus and blood, And clothing as thorns. To one, food appears guarded by protectors, To another, without protectors, eating it is poison. Likewise, it appears as three kinds of hungry ghosts. Animals have two appearances, Abiding in the depths is darkness, Abiding scattered, they see up and down. Humans have this common appearance, Their own country, people, family, neighbors, and so on. Asuras see weapons, Gods see precious nectar. These are the habitual tendencies of mental appearances. The ten appearances of cause-and-effect mind. The eternal appearance of the tirthikas, They see nothing other than eternal things. The annihilationist appearance of the tirthikas, This exists, but there is no future, This appearance arises suddenly, And when it disintegrates, it dissolves into the five elements. They see nothing other than the annihilationist appearance. Shravakas are like yak tails, fragrant grasses, And indivisible spheres, They grasp the grasped and the grasper as the self of phenomena. Pratyekabuddhas are uniform, one side empty, One side of the aggregates and elements is selfless. Sutra teachings are ultimately emptiness, Conventionally, they appear as mere illusion. Both outer and inner mantrayana, Ultimately agree with the sutras, Conventionally, they see different appearances. Kriya sees the three families as lord and servant, Upa sees gods and master and servant, Yoga sees siblings and friends, Maha sees the aggregates appearing as deities, Anu sees the realms and wisdom, All do not abandon cause and effect, Things
