The teaching is that, by purifying all faults, virtues are spontaneously accomplished. That is also the three bodies and five wisdoms, all perfected through spontaneous accomplishment. The view is great spontaneous accomplishment. For example, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, all needs and desires arise. Purifying all faults is not intentionally abandoning them, but by realizing one's own nature, all faults are purified. For example, like the sun rising, darkness does not remain. All virtues are spontaneously accomplished, not through effort, but by realizing one's own nature, everything appears as omniscient. For example, like finding a precious jewel, all needs and desires arise. The shown examples illustrating the view. If explained extensively, it is inconceivable, but if summarized, thirty examples are shown. Like a pure and stainless crystal. Because of spontaneous accomplishment, like a precious jewel. Like the vast, boundless sky. Because everything arises, like the great earth. Burning afflictions and obscurations, like fire. Washing away impurities and filth, like water. Unobstructed by anything, like wind. Nature unestablished, like emptiness. Clear and unceasing, like sunlight. Clear and non-conceptual, like a mirror, crystal, and the confluence of conditions. Blissful and non-conceptual, like a Bodhisattva. Unstained by any faults, like a lotus flower. Irreversible, like a sentient being who has consumed poison. Uninterrupted, like a river. One in essence, yet its own power unceasing. Like waves arising from the great ocean. Luminous and spontaneously accomplished, like a crystal and the confluence of conditions. Afflictions self-liberated, like a snake's knot. The nature of conceptual thought is one's own awareness. Like a prince being enthroned as king from among the common people. Unchanging in the three times, like precious gold. Clear within, like a butter lamp inside a vase. One can enjoy the five external objects, like the eye of a precious golden snake. Existing in the heart but unable to be spoken, like a mute tasting sugarcane in their mouth. Self-awareness realizing, dispelling ignorance, like lighting a lamp, dispelling darkness. Able to destroy others but unable to be destroyed by others, like an unchangeable and indestructible diamond. Nature uncompounded, like space. Self-awareness realizing the meaning, afflictions purified, like the sun rising, everything clear. Without cultivation, clear radiance, like dye and a mirror.

Unstained awareness, like primordial wisdom. Thirty metaphors, symbolizing one aspect of the view's meaning. Since the view transcends the realm of mind and clinging, it is extremely difficult to point out definitively, "This is it, these are they." It only symbolizes a corner, a direction of the meaning. Although many reasons are explained, there are actually three: the reason established by scripture, the reason of oral instructions, and the reason that combines the two. The reason of scripture is the command of Vajradhara. The reason of oral instructions is the essence of the oral transmission. The reason of awareness is the meaning of self-manifestation. Scripture and oral instructions are introductions. At the time of realizing self-manifest awareness, knowing the introduction is knowing one's own nature. The meaning arising from experience, the five poisons of affliction, etc., are all self-liberated. Not clinging to the five desirable qualities, all experiences and realizations arise from one's own nature, and are unchanging in the three times, so they cannot be seized by obstructing demons. Inner awareness is realized as the Dharmakaya. The confidence of clarity and emptiness, non-duality, and freedom from elaboration. The play in between is the movement that is self-liberated. Awareness is thorough, whatever is used is wisdom. Outer appearances, happiness and suffering, are self-liberated. Unfabricated emptiness is liberated in the Dharmadhatu. By teaching awareness, all conditions are freed. Knowing this way is the measure of realizing the view. Showing the faults of not realizing the view, it is like building a city on a sand mountain. The sand collapses and the city collapses. If one does not truly realize and enters the path to enlightenment, it is only temporary and there is no ultimate result. Therefore, without realizing the view, one cannot become a Buddha. The recognition of the view is clear at the time of introduction. If one grasps it with recognition, then realization will immediately arise. Why is that? Because it is pointing out the key point. Therefore, recognition and introduction are extremely important. Cutting off doubts about the view is extremely important. It changes from incompatible causes. This is also explained in two ways: changing from the incompatible side and changing from the compatible side. The explanation of changing from the incompatible side is: because it is awareness, it changes from material objects. The explanation of changing from the compatible side is: changing from the eight aggregates of inner consciousness. Even if it only appears similar in awareness, there is a difference between having and not having the realization of clinging.
