不久长时住，多劫之中受。是故常敬重，于自明增慧之师。至极重要应受持，于身心所生之父母，恒常侍奉莫断绝。金刚兄弟姊妹者，乃无上菩提同行之伴侣。法性誓言与愿力，金刚誓句如连珠。恒常不离彼等众，背离违逆于彼者，如自以剑刺自身，自断命根五百世。此生种种不乐事，不欲亦将生起之。于他方世界亦然，三恶趣及无暇处，诸般痛苦将历受，长时之中不得脱。极其困顿受诸苦，成就如一共同行。无二行与随行伴，乃善逝无上之坛城。以慧光明恒常照，秘密之乘不应传。身语意之诸誓句，具足瑜伽界智者，如实了知界与智，超越毁誓之行持。异于凡愚如实知，未悟之诸方以及，于诸众生极保密。为密故说种种诀，开示密咒善巧行。密咒无有过失者，乃大悲心善方便，于非器及钝根者，为恶业故而保密。大圆满阿底之密义，若向劣慧者宣说，譬如以火焚钻木，钻木自身亦将焚，如彼亦将焚毁般，密咒之义如火燃。福薄慧劣智力弱，愚昧因果诸众生，诋毁大圆满义故，将被抛掷三恶趣。不了真实义受苦，增长秘密之行者，于说法之舌耕田，将受极大之痛苦。是故此真实义当秘，莫说丝毫风声事。长时恒常不得脱，极其困顿受诸苦。成就如一共同行，莫住于此。

Not long, dwell for a long time, experience for many eons. Therefore, always be respectful, to the teacher who cultivates self-awareness. It is extremely important to uphold, to the parents who give rise to body and mind, constantly serve without interruption. Vajra brothers and sisters are, companions who walk together on the path to unsurpassed Bodhi. Through the power of Dharma nature, vows, and aspirations, the Vajra vows are like a string of beads. Always inseparable from them, turning away and opposing them is like stabbing oneself with a sword, cutting off one's own life for five hundred lifetimes. In this life, various unpleasant things will arise unwillingly. In other worlds as well, the sufferings of the three lower realms and unfavorable states will be experienced, and one will not be liberated for a long time. Experiencing extreme distress and suffering, accomplishments are practiced together as one. The inseparable conduct and the conduct that follows are the unsurpassed mandala of the Sugatas. Always illuminate with the light of wisdom, do not propagate the secret vehicle. The vows of body, speech, and mind, those who possess the wisdom of the yogic realm, having realized the realm and wisdom as they are, transcending the conduct of breaking vows, truly understand differently from ordinary fools. The aspects of non-understanding, and to all beings, keep them extremely secret. Because it is secret, various instructions are spoken, showing the skillful practice of secret mantras. Secret mantras are not flawed, but are the great compassion and skillful means. For those who are not vessels and those with dull minds, it is kept secret for the sake of bad karma. The secret meaning of Dzogchen Ati, if proclaimed to those of inferior intelligence, is like putting a fire to a rubbing stick, the rubbing stick itself will also burn. Just as others will also burn, the meaning of secret mantras is like a burning fire. Those with little merit and inferior wisdom, those who are foolish about cause and effect, by slandering the meaning of Dzogchen, will be thrown into the three lower realms. Not understanding the true meaning, they will experience suffering. Those who increase secrecy, cultivating the field on the tongue that speaks, will experience great suffering. Therefore, this true meaning should be kept secret, do not speak even a whisper of it. For a long time, constantly unable to be liberated, experiencing extremely distressed suffering. Accomplishments are practiced together as one, do not dwell on this.
