Endowed with power, please arise from samadhi. For all sentient beings in the three realms who are thickly covered by afflictions and ignorance, please reveal the supreme means! Please let the lamp of the teachings remain in the world for a long time! After such a request, the Bhagavan arose from samadhi and manifested many bodies of the Tathagata. Some transformed into pure Vajrapani bodies, some transformed into pure peaceful bodies, some transformed into their own mandalas and retinues, and some transformed into the appearance of father and mother consorts. Then, the dakinis were amazed and unanimously requested: Kye kye, Bhagavan Vajradhara! Please speak the definitive meaning of the body! Thus they requested. The King of Secret Mantras spoke: Kye kye, listen, mistresses of the elements! The King of Wisdom cannot be described by words, the King of Awareness is beyond words. However, words can express the meaning of things. I will explain the reasoning of the inseparable connection between words and meaning. What is the definitive meaning of the body? It is the vajra essence body because it possesses unchanging meaning. It is the body free from effort because it is perfected in the unborn state. It is the body without seeking because it abides in the unceasing state. It is the body of empty bindu because it is free from expressive words. It is the body of clear light bliss because it is self-illuminating without contrivance. It is the body of emptiness without grasping because it is not a material substance. It is the body of stable wisdom because it is without limitation or bias. If you realize it in this way, you will abide in the state of great bliss. Thus, practice the meaning of the seven bodies without distraction. The awareness of meaning is an inexhaustible treasure of bliss. I have taken the stainless great enlightenment. Before my existence, awareness in the state of non-duality, the knowable, bliss, and clarity all appear. I am the spontaneously born great bliss stainless body. I enter the light of the body and enjoy the rays of speech. Therefore, it is also called rays. I am non-abiding wisdom, not abiding in any direction. In my body, the world and phenomena are clear and great bliss appears blazing. Therefore, I abide in the perfection of means. The unobstructed clear lamp is free from all thoughts. In the thought-free bliss body, the world and phenomena appear. In thought-free, various awarenesses arise, an unceasing expanse. Everything is clear, the nature of reality is like a mirror, a great light. In the state of non-duality
