Because the mind cannot comprehend, therefore that is completely unspeakable. Whoever has that Dharma explained to them, and also knows what is being explained, there is no such being in this world. Whoever knows this world, is praised by the Sugata in a supreme way. This uncontaminated wisdom of the Victorious One, even if all are gathered together, even if one contemplates deeply and truly, one cannot comprehend the wisdom of the Sugata. Therefore, for this truly profound Dharma, those of inferior view, the Lesser Vehicle, and those with heretical views, even in countless eons, they cannot fully know even a small part of my Dharma. If one does not know peace and non-discrimination together, then those who speak of the extremely definitive and profound meaning, even if they become impartial, even if the Smeya letters are filled like a reed forest, how can those with subtle wisdom gather together and contemplate the inconceivable profound Dharma? Even if one examines it, because of the inferior view, one cannot comprehend the profound meaning, because it is not the realm of children. It is not another, it is the Lord of Speech, the Great Sage. Thus it is said. From the Great King of Tantras, the Great Commentary on the Root of Bodhicitta, the twenty-sixth chapter, the meaning of the Dharmas, is complete. Then, the retinue gathered there said to the Peaceful One: Great Peaceful One, what is the meaning of the various categories? The Great Peaceful One said: Because the nature is the One Vehicle, although countless teachings have been given, it is the perfect True Vehicle. My teachings, the Nine Vehicles, are taught according to the power and strength of beings. I have taught them in order to lead them into skillful means, offerings, and wisdom. Whoever is always completely pure, the most excellent one is the Buddha, and to them the most vast meanings are taught. In this way, their thoughts are perfected, and for them, in the future, because of their utter purity, they will pervade all. Because there is no doubt, all is enlightenment, and whatever is taught by the different Vehicles, except for the skillful means of the supreme individuals, the Vehicle is one, there is no second. The action is one, there is no second. Having attained stainless and pure enlightenment, desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy, these are the Dharmas of samsara.

For the sake of my own peace. From the beginning, in the state of the all-perfected realm of reality. Utterly peaceful, constantly transcending sorrow. Whatever is taught in the three vehicles, Is because the Sugata subdues beings with skillful means. Therefore, the vehicles are only taught in that way through skillful means. The vehicle is one, and the way of suchness is also one. Leading all pure dharmas, the teaching is also one. All abide in the supreme vehicle. The supreme place of peace, the pure state of purity. All of these will become Buddhas in the world. Praise the infinite nature of reality and things. This is the true and sacred treasure. The sacred peace is difficult to understand. Those of the lesser vehicle will not realize it. Thus it was said. From the Great King of Tantras, the Great Sutra of the Advice of the Mind of Enlightenment, the twenty-seventh chapter, "The Chapter on the Peace of Dharmata." Then, those assembled in that gathering, Addressed the Vajra of the Mind of Enlightenment with these words: Great Bodhisattva, what is the meaning of the spontaneously perfected nature of reality? The Vajra Bodhisattva replied: Without action, spontaneously accomplished, completely perfected. Dharmadhatu things that do not abide. For a moment, possessing power over the realm of meditative absorption. Because that itself is pure in nature, Thinking with the mind is true. The power of seeing is spreading. The way of emptiness, invisible and unchanging. Non-abiding, spontaneously accomplished, in a state of equality. Because the nature of reality is truly spread out, Through becoming visible, there is accomplishment. That itself is the complete perfection of equipoise. Buddhas are peaceful through being stainless and pure. All these dharmas are stainless and peaceful. Separated from cessation and arising. Here, there are no dharmas at all. If you think like that, faith will not waver. Because the wisdom of the Buddhas is unsurpassed, Through becoming visible, there is accomplishment. The meaning of the great equality of self. Holding it for a moment is union. Through becoming joyful, it is a commitment. Obtain the first stainless and sacred fruit. Just as a poor person finds wealth, Likewise, obtain true sacredness. Moving with skillful means and dance. Offering with non-dual union. The invisible union of the dharmadhatu. The power of great bliss, Samantabhadra, does not let go. There is no deterioration in the nature of reality. Thus it was said. From the Great King of Tantras, the Great Sutra of the Advice of the Mind of Enlightenment, the twenty-eighth chapter, "The Chapter on Spontaneous Accomplishment." Then, those assembled in that gathering
