This is the mantra to be recited: Om Ah Hum! (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུ~ྂ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum!) Sarva Panca Amrita Hum Harih Thah! Recite the three types: superior, medium, and inferior. Then that side of the mandala, in the center is Bodhicitta Vairochana, on the spokes of the eastern wheel, are vajra urine of various kinds, in the south are large yak meat and deer meat. On that western wheel, place the red liquid of the five elements, as well as meat and red liquid, etc., place various red liquids. In the north, place the urine of killing, clearly place various medicines, bless everything with this mantra: Om Sava Hum Harih Ha!
