To the virtuous teacher, it was asked: Do ignorance and wisdom exist? What are the doors of arising, and what are the doors of confusion? After asking, the teacher instructed the assembly: In the essence of Yangti, the sun and moon, neither ignorance nor wisdom exists. For example, in the essence of the sun and moon, it is not said that there is darkness. Similarly, in the clear light of the primordial purity teacher, there is no ignorance. There are no habitual tendencies, no obscurations, and no doors of confusion. In the primordial purity, self-luminous wisdom, because the heart essence has merged into the expanse, there are no doors of arising. In the bindu, there is no seeing, penetration, or clarity, so ignorance is not seen to exist. Ignorance and wisdom, these two, are dualistic appearances arising in the mind of conceptual thought. Realizing the meaning of Yangti, both do not exist. Ignorance and wisdom are not different; non-realization and realization are one on the path; there are no doors of arising or doors of confusion. Because of realizing the universal penetration of the bindu, there are no doors of arising and no doors of confusion. For example, in the darkness of night, when the light of Surya (藏文:སཱུརྻ་,梵文天城体:सूर्य,梵文罗马拟音:sūrya,汉语字面意思:sun) arises, darkness is not abandoned but appears in the light. Light and darkness are one in the sky. Similarly, on the obscuration of ignorance, when the clear light of the bindu arises, ignorance is not abandoned but appears in the great primordial purity. Habitual tendencies and obscurations appear in the great clear light. Delusion and the nature of the Dharmakaya are one. Having realized the meaning of no cause, no condition, and no change, this is the certain and unerring path of the heart essence. This is unborn primordial purity, without action, beyond mind. Because of realizing the meaning of no entity, emptiness, and no name, there are no doors of arising or doors of confusion. Therefore, it is said, "Primordially, one is a Buddha." From the Tantra King, "The Sun, Moon, Light, Flame, Space, Purity, Great Ocean, Clear Expanse Tantra," realizing the essence of Yangti, the sun and moon, thus explaining that there is no ignorance, wisdom, doors of arising, or doors of confusion, this is the eighteenth chapter. Then, Clear Purity Jewel asked the unborn primordial purity teacher: Do realization and non-realization exist? What is a Buddha, and what is a sentient being? After asking, the teacher instructed the assembly: In the essence of Yangti, the sun and moon, realization and non-realization are terms and mind. If one cannot transcend the realm of mind, one cannot attain liberation. Realization and non-realization, the heart essence is one. Originally it is, but temporarily manifests as Buddhahood. In the realization that is inseparable from primordial purity, because there is no realm of mind, do not think. Because there is no thinker, do not think. Because there is no knowing, do not know. Because there is no object of knowledge, do not know. Because there is no means of knowing, do not know. Because there is no knower, do not know.

What is realized by what, and what is realized? If realized, how does the mind abide? If known, what is known, and by what is it known? What is the cause of knowing? The Teacher spoke to the assembly: By realizing everything, there is nothing to realize. It is a vast expanse of nothingness and clarity, merely a term, indescribable. The one who realizes is liberated without substance. Without knowing, all-knowing, the object of knowing is liberated. Unborn, primordially pure, beyond the mind of objects. Words cannot know or realize anything. All-knowing, all-realizing, nothing is established. Without support, primordially pure, clear light, beyond mind. Thus it is said. Self-liberated, self-illuminating, transformed into the expanse, both Buddha and sentient beings are absent. Emptiness arises from everything, awakened in emptiness. Self-arisen, self-liberated, self-enlightened. Delusion, darkness, primordial purity increases. Do not expect a Buddha elsewhere. Primordially existent, transformed into the expanse, recognizing the essence, do not doubt sentient beings' samsara. Non-dual, inseparable, sentient beings and Buddhas are non-dual, both are absent. Thus it is said. In the supreme of tantras, the sun and moon blazing light, the expanse of space, pure, the ocean of the expanse of clear tantra, the chapter nineteen which shows that realization and non-realization, Buddhas and sentient beings are without difference in the ground. Then, Clear and Pure Jewel asked the teacher who taught the unborn, primordial purity: Do good and evil karmic results exist or not? What are higher realms and lower realms? The Teacher spoke to the assembly: In Dzogchen, Yangti Yoga, do not cultivate good, do not prevent evil, liberate in one's own place, realize the unborn. If one does not intentionally do good, one will not be born in higher realms. If one does not intentionally do evil, one will not be born in lower realms. If one does not intentionally do both good and evil, there is no hope or fear of higher and lower realms. Not taking karmic results, liberated as it is now. If one is under the power of karma, where is self-arisen wisdom? Higher and lower realms are deceptive. In the true meaning, there are no higher and lower realms. In realizing the unborn, primordial purity, there is no cause for falling into lower realms. By realizing the meaning of the clear essence of thigle, there is no cause for higher and lower realms. Primordially existent, liberated in one's own place, not taking karmic results, limitless. By realizing the meaning of primordial purity without name, there is no birth or fall in higher and lower realms. Good and evil karmic results will not come, do not rely on the law of cause and condition, good and evil two
