This appearance of phenomena, Dharmakaya without location, is self-pure, The Buddha's intention is uninterrupted, like the flow of a great river. This stain of wrong thoughts, self-purifies in the realm of reality, In the treasure chest of primordial wisdom, it is like the clarity of precious crystal. These thoughts, samsara, and nirvana, self-accomplish in the realm of the five kayas, Free from acceptance and rejection, separation and selection, like the precious golden island. This appearance of duality, inner and outer, is the self-purity of mind-essence wisdom, Appearance and emptiness, clarity and dimness, all-penetrating, like layers of magical mirrors. In this darkness accumulated over eons, the lamp of wisdom self-arises, Ignorance, darkness, is cleared without being dispelled, like raising a clear lamp. This uncertain appearance, white and red, is the self-clarity of clear space wisdom, Without day or night, there is no clarity or dimness, like the sun rising in the sky. These various objects of characteristics, are the self-appearance of unborn Dharma nature, There is no grasping at the object of sight, like pure hail in space. This Dharma nature without dualistic appearance, is self-liberated by naturally abiding without searching, There is no appearance of action, searching, or elaboration, like the darkness of undifferentiated darkness. This mind-essence, pure wisdom, is self-empty by remaining uncorrected, Transcending the realm of conceptual clinging, like the vast, boundless sky. This grasping at the duality of Buddha and sentient beings, is self-aware without correction by the path, There is no striving for greatness, hope, or aspiration, like a wheel-turning king. This unborn, self-arisen wisdom, from its own nature without searching or cultivating, Unobstructed liberation shows the path of liberation, like illusory lightning in space. This essence, unborn and uncreated, is enlightened in its own place without being named, It cannot be shown to others or spoken of, like the bliss of a young maiden. This primordial Dharmakaya, all-pervasive, is self-pure without limitation, Perfect in all qualities, without increase or decrease, like a wish-fulfilling jewel that produces all desires. This mind beyond, limitless Dharma beyond, is self-liberated without a teacher, Great bliss is found from oneself without searching, like the knot of a horse's tail and a snake. This confusion and obscuration of unawakened inferiority, self-pacifies in the realm of bindus, The obscurer and the obscured are pure from the beginning, like mist dissolving into the sky. This rope of grasping mind, grasping at duality, is self-severed without separation.

The bonds of leading are all released, like cutting the general knot of China. This army of eighty-four thousand afflictions, because it has no support, destroys itself. The battlefields of samsara are all turned back, like the falling of hailstones. Appearances, discriminations, and elaborations of grasping and fixation, completely cut off the edge of clear appearance. Without self and other, without names, like turning the wheel of weapons. This search for the activity of definitive meaning, because it is without acceptance or rejection, naturally abides. Freed from the edge of good and evil karma, like throwing a knot into the sky. This compassion that arises effortlessly without searching, because it arises naturally without obstruction, there is no need to exert effort in activities, like miracles from the state of the sky. In the reality of accurate definitive meaning, the first of the four similarities, transcends the way of representing with examples in one's own nature. In this general key point of my nine peaks, elaboration is cut off at its own source. One's own nature is given to oneself by oneself. Self-liberation is established at its own source. The transcendent Dharma is turned back to oneself by oneself. Thus it is said. From the precious nectar essence drop, the tantra that gathers the intention of all the Buddhas, the eighth chapter, which cuts off the root of delusion, elaboration, at its own source. Then, Kunrig Khyuchung asked the secret lord teacher: If the root of delusion in meaning is not cut off, what is the fault of overflowing in words? How to give the key point of introduction? How to place it in the space of meaning? Thus he asked. The teacher spoke to the assembly: It is good that you have asked thus. Express it in words, listen well. This overflowing in words without realization, does not see the general key point and wanders in samsara. If you do not know the nature of samsara, you will not turn your mind away from this illusory appearance. If you do not give up worldly affairs, you will not find the path of great bliss liberation. If the five poisons are not exhausted in their own place, wisdom will not be liberated from bondage. If awareness does not dissolve into the expanse, you will not find the meaning of great wisdom. If self-appearance does not dissolve in its own place, you will not see the face of the unborn Dharmakaya. If you do not dissolve in the space of samsara and nirvana, you will fall into the dangerous path of grasping at the two, appearance and existence. If you do not know the nature of reality, even if you search for kalpas, it will be in vain. If you do not separate from the natural basis, like a worm eating away at a mountain, the root of what you rely on will collapse. If you do not realize that there is no gathering and scattering, you will be on the wrong path of obtaining from others. If you do not know the all-good Dharmadhatu, even if you are diligent, you will fall into the dangerous path of becoming a Buddha. Know
