Excels in every way. Everything is said to be great Buddha. The greatness of manifest Buddhahood, Is the five perfections: The teacher, Kuntuzangpo, Is the common ancestor of all Buddhas. With the nature of no acceptance or rejection, Excels all teachers. Therefore, it is said to be manifestly great. The gathering, the great Bodhisattva, To the Buddha, sentient beings, and retinue, The retinue is distinguished by being without birth or death, Excels all gatherings. That retinue is said to be manifestly great. The teaching, the view of Dzogchen, Is the essence of all dharmata, With the nature of all things, Excels all vehicles. Therefore, the teaching is manifestly great. Time is the unique distinction of the three times, Because time has no birth or death, With the nature of being clearly one, Excels all that comes before and after. That time is said to be manifestly great. The vast Dharmadhatu, the abode of Kuntuzang, That great place where all things gather, With the nature of having no beginning or end, Excels all abodes. That place is said to be manifestly great. Therefore, with the five perfections, The greatness of manifest Buddhahood is taught. The greatness of the Dharmadhatu Buddha, Is the five Bodhicittas, the five great elements, Transformed into the five dharmatas and become Buddhas. Space is the realm of illumination and pervasiveness, The Bodhicitta that is unobscured, With the distinction of being without obscuration, Is the essence of pervading all. Earth is the Vajra realm of solidity, The Bodhicitta that is without birth, With the distinction of being without destruction, Is the dharmata that is without change. Water is the realm of the treasure of jewels, The Bodhicitta that moistens all, With the distinction of gathering all, Is the dharmata of separating. Fire is the realm of the pure lotus, The Bodhicitta that purifies grasping and being grasped, With the nature of being completely pure, Is the dharmata that is free from faults. Wind is the realm of diligent vastness, The Bodhicitta that is unimpeded, With the distinction of being light and moving, Is the dharmata that is without cessation. The five, earth, water, fire, wind, and space, Because they cause all things to arise, Excel all sources. Therefore, the greatness of the Dharmadhatu is shown. The greatness of the self-Buddha, Should be known as the five selves, The aggregates, elements, consciousness, and objects, Are the dharmas that arise from oneself.

That. (Thus) transcending effort and accomplishment, it is complete in itself. The Buddhas of the five elements are the Bodhicitta of the nature of reality itself. With the distinction of being free from grasping and being grasped, it is the great essence that cannot be sought. The five aggregates are the five families, transcending effort and accomplishment, they are complete in themselves. With the distinction of being spontaneously accomplished, it is the great essence that cannot be sought. The eight consciousnesses are the heroes, transcending effort and accomplishment, they are complete in themselves. Gathering in the mind is supreme, with the distinction of being unsearchable, it is the great essence because it cannot be cultivated. The eight objects of the eight consciousnesses are complete in themselves as the eight mother minds. With the distinction of being free from conceptualization, it is the great essence because it cannot be refined. All phenomena arising from oneself are the Bodhicitta without object. With the distinction of being without object, it is the great essence that cannot be traversed. Therefore, it is said to be the great essence. Therefore, the great Buddha is the example, meaning, sign, certainty, and reason, the five are the five kinds of distinctions. The example of all phenomena without exception is space, space transcends all realms of experience. With the distinction of being immeasurable, the example of space is greatly distinguished. The meaning is the nature of reality, the meaning of the nature of reality is from the unborn, the miraculous manifestation of birth is the Buddha's, the meaning is the nature of reality. The sign is the mind itself, without cessation. The Bodhicitta without cessation, with the distinction of being unceasing, the sign is said to be great. Certainty has three aspects, the example is certainly space, the meaning is certainly the nature of reality, the sign is certainly the mind itself. It is said to be great by certainty. The great by reason should be known as five aspects. The five aspects of perfection are the reason for being manifestly great. The five great elements and Bodhicitta are the reason for the greatness of the nature of reality. Aggregates, elements, consciousness, and objects do not depend on others, it is the reason for the greatness of the essence. Example, meaning, sign, and certainty are the reasons for being. Without thought, without object, without elaboration, because it is unconditioned, it is unrepresentable, all Buddhas are the reason. It is said that the reason is great. All Buddhas are also great, without thought, without object, without elaboration, immeasurable and unconditioned.
