For sentient beings with different thoughts, with body, speech, and mind, transform different thoughts with the compassion of body, speech, and mind. Having reversed the attachment of the senses to objects, indicate the appropriate solitary place, thereby guiding my compassion. Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! I am the teacher of all dharmas, therefore, I also show my nature to the Buddha, and I also show my nature to sentient beings, because showing the nature is a commitment to be the teacher. Recognize my nature in this way: The teacher, the teachings, and the retinue, there is nothing other than my three natures. The teacher is self-arisen wisdom without cessation, the teachings are my unconditioned nature, and the retinue that holds it is held by my essence. Thus it was said. The thirty-third chapter of "The All-Creating King" on promising to be a teacher. Then, the All-Creating King of Bodhicitta spoke of the meaning of being without action himself. Hey! Great Bodhisattva! This meaning of being without action is: The All-Creating One is my nature, I am without action because, I have already been completed from the beginning, it is the nature of being without action. Dharma-nature is my nature, for that nature there is no action, the action of nature-nature, is the unchangeable nature. For that uncreated Bodhi, Vajrasattva, do not alter it, if Vajrasattva alters it, it is altering me, the All-Creating One. How all the phenomena appear, are all the nature of me, the All-Creating One. Hey! Great Bodhisattva, listen! For my unchanging nature, if practiced, it will be altered and transformed. I am spontaneously accomplished from the beginning, if accomplished, it is altering me. For me, there is no going by proceeding, for me, there is no accomplishment by searching, for me, there is no purification by practicing, for me, there is no not seeing, because there is no object, for me, there is no not proceeding, because there is no path, for me, there is no not practicing, because there is no obscuration. Not abiding, separated from the object of focus, transcending the realm of non-conceptual thought, the phenomena that are discriminated by attachment, are showing my essence. To abandon and obstruct it, even after three kalpas, one will not meet me, the All-Creating One. The dharma that should be abandoned, is said to be one's own essence. Hey! Great Bodhisattva! The mind of enlightenment is the All-Creating King

Thus, all actions are done by the Bodhicitta, there is no other action than the Bodhicitta. The Bodhicitta is primordially without error, because it is primordially so, therefore it is primordially without error. Without error, there is no way to establish the talk of true and false. The true cause and fruit transcend all effort and striving. If, because of not understanding that it is already done, that effort and striving have been transcended, and one wants to accomplish through effort, striving, action, and practice, then there is no greater obstacle to Bodhi than this. Not abiding, not discriminating, without any intention whatsoever, therefore abiding in the nature of the non-discriminating equality. Primordially already accomplished, the mind of effort does not arise. Any being who abides in that Great Bliss will become the essence of all Dharmas. It does not distinguish the benefit of self and others, this essence of oneness, of all united, without looking, it illuminates the minds of the Buddhas of the three times, without obscuring, it manifests the minds of all sentient beings. Alas, mind!

The king taught this sutra-lung of the view of no-meditation in the Great Perfection. O great bodhisattva! One's own view of no-meditation is: The one who creates all is me, I have nothing to meditate on. The one who creates all, I, is not an object of meditation. I am unmade, naturally abiding in all. That no-meditation of naturally abiding, The three kayas of the teacher arising from me, On the dharmata manifested from me, Saying there is suffering of the five poisons of desire, Not abiding in the unmade, abandoning asceticism, abandoning and obstructing meditation. That prophecy contradicts the meaning of the unmade. The compassion of the emanation of the four heretical schools, Having blessed and placed in the retinue, prophesying, One will not obtain that bliss of freedom from action. O great bodhisattva! On the dharmata manifested from me, Saying that suffering arises from the five poisons of desire, From the first to the tenth bhumi, to the bodhisattva, With the conceptual analysis of the two truths, In the ultimate truth not existing, but the conventional truth existing, The emanation prophesies, doing conceptual analysis and meditation. It contradicts the meaning of my unmade as it is. O great bodhisattva! That dharmata manifested from me, For the dharmata of the unmade as it is, The sambhogakaya prophesying to the retinue, Not realizing the unmade as it is, Having blessed the outer and inner world and beings as pure, Through all the doors of the limbs of enlightenment and rituals, The wisdom deity of meditation is made to appear. Having offered for a moment, requesting departure, destroying samadhi. Meditating again and destroying again, like a child's mud house. It contradicts the meaning of my unmade as it is. O great bodhisattva, listen! The teacher arising from me prophesies, For the manifested dharmata arising from me, Entering the door of samadhi with or without characteristics, Having accepted and rejected one dharmata, Having meditated separately on wisdom and samaya, Hoping that friends will give siddhis. The meditation that sees one as two is mistaken. One cannot attain with two what is one in essence. O great bodhisattva, listen! On the nature manifested from me, The skandhas, elements, consciousness, faculties, objects, Having made one's own stream pure like a vajra, Having meditated on the four activities of approach and accomplishment, The mind's scattering and gathering, offering to the noble ones, benefiting beings. Having gathered scattering and gathering, hoping to attain siddhis.
