地的如实宣说。谛听，金刚瑜伽母！瑜伽心髓的勇士唯一，无上心髓非法，真实智慧融入心髓，无上瑜伽法身唯一，心髓本智真实，自生圆满报身瑜伽唯一，无动真实融入，无灭化身瑜伽唯一，显现语词融入真实，命与心髓的瑜伽唯一，因与果无二果唯一，若能融入心髓之义则生，非法诸法融入真实，心髓（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的瑜伽是，一乃一切之自性，众多自生口诀是，众多若未证悟为一味，则不可能融入真实之义，名之瑜伽无数，义之瑜伽甚难，非法之中结合有法，胜义之中结合世俗，一无之中结合众多，名无之中结合语词，身无之中结合显现色相，无因无缘心髓真实，轮回涅槃无二智慧融入，心髓自生真实瑜伽唯一。如是说。心髓金刚宝一切皆一之续中，瑜伽之品第十竟。之后又如实宣说。谛听，金刚瑜伽母！心髓非法咒唯一，显现即是咒义。心髓自性自生秘密，咒之义彼乃秘密故，我宣说名为密咒。心髓周遍无边亦不断，过去未来现在与，六道迷乱为一类，我宣说名为明咒。心髓轮回涅槃不断绝，譬如金与影像相似，善逝心髓周遍诸有情，我宣说名为陀罗尼咒。心髓义之咒唯一，秘密咒之自性是，智慧与慈悲无二，明咒之自性是，智慧与本智无二，陀罗尼咒之自性是，智慧与禅定无二，心髓义中三咒一，为护知故名咒。心髓自生咒之力，从根本上遣除习气与，遣除无明分别念

The sole hero of the essence of yoga, the unsurpassed essence is not dharma, true wisdom merges into the essence, the unsurpassed yoga is the sole dharmakaya, the essence is true primordial wisdom, the self-arisen perfect sambhogakaya yoga is the sole, unmoving merges into truth, the unceasing nirmanakaya yoga is the sole, appearance and words merge into truth, the yoga of life and essence is the sole, the cause and effect are non-dual, the fruit is sole, if one can merge into the meaning of the essence, then it arises, non-dharma all dharmas merge into truth, the yoga of the essence (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is, one is the nature of all, many self-arisen instructions are, many if not realized as one taste, then it is impossible to merge into the meaning of truth, the yoga of name is countless, the yoga of meaning is very difficult, in non-dharma combine the dharmic, in ultimate truth combine the conventional, in one-less combine the many, in name-less combine the words, in body-less combine the appearing forms, without cause without condition the essence is true, samsara and nirvana non-dual wisdom merges, the essence self-arisen true yoga is sole. Thus it is said. From the tantra of the essence vajra jewel all are one, the tenth chapter, the chapter of yoga, is complete. Then again the accurate explanation is to be done. Listen, Vajra Yogini! The essence non-dharma mantra is sole, manifestation is the meaning of the mantra. The essence self-nature self-arisen secret, the meaning of the mantra is secret, therefore, I explain it as secret mantra. The essence all-pervading boundless also unceasing, past and future present and, the six realms delusion is one kind, I explain it as vidya mantra. The essence samsara and nirvana unceasing, like gold and image are similar, sugata essence pervades all beings, I explain it as dharani mantra. The essence meaning mantra is sole, the nature of secret mantras is, wisdom and compassion are non-dual, the nature of vidya mantras is, wisdom and primordial wisdom are non-dual, the nature of dharani mantras is, wisdom and samadhi are non-dual, in the essence meaning the three mantras are one, for protecting knowledge it is called mantra. The essence self-arisen mantra power, from the root eliminate habitual tendencies and, eliminate ignorance conceptual thought.
