The disease of enlightenment, enlightenment. For that which has no looking, looking exists. Without action, without samadhi, it is the same. Those hermits who have not found the meaning of meditation, free from the disease of attachment to meditation, the expanse of enlightenment, exist like the striking of unchanging lead. This wondrous nature of bodhicitta is the supreme enlightenment of the victorious hermits. Past, present, and future perfect Buddhas have nothing more than this. From the wondrous lineage of bodhicitta, the fourth chapter, which illustrates the view, conduct, and samadhi, is exemplified by scriptural examples. Then, the great Vajradhara prostrated to the Bhagavan, glorious Samantabhadra, and with a very smiling radiance, opened his eyes and asked: Bhagavan, what is the nature of birth and death? How many kinds of Dharma are taught? What is meant by the term Dharma? Please grant an explanation. After this request, the vast and boundless Bhagavan replied: Birth and death are not different, the essence is one. Without samsara, one cannot completely transcend nirvana. Nirvana and samsara are not different. Likewise, birth and death are merely different names, but their nature is the same, only different names are applied. Similarly, the essence has no inside or outside, and although the vehicles of conceptual thought are numerous, they do not diminish from their own nature, they remain their own nature. Birth, death, and nirvana are all one in essence, which is samsara itself. It does not abandon, it does not move, it has no place to abide, and for that which has no place to abide, abiding is in the absence of place. The incomparable mind of Vajrasattva is all-encompassing, filling the three realms. Transcending the limits of words, nothing is seen. Birth is the basis from which all things arise. Nirvana possesses samsara, so it is not non-existent. It does not abandon, it transcends abiding in no place. The wisdom king who transcends action is supreme. Ultimate truth and conventional truth are not separate, there is no ultimate truth. By desiring ultimate truth, one cannot find the ultimate meaning. Where there is no ultimate truth, meaning also exists. Slandering and denigrating, the vajra is the most solid. Unmoving, unchanging, it exists in the manner of a fool. The king who abides in this is the Tathagata. The vision of mother and sister is the same as the dharmadhatu. The dharmadhatu and the play of the dharmadhatu exist spontaneously in equality, the union of mother and sister is the supreme play. Not seeing good and evil, everything is complete, sin

By practicing, the mandala is full of mandalas. Because the Buddha taught the four kinds of Dharma, there is no beginning of delusion, and it is free from untrue feelings. The emanation will speak of the six perfections. If spoken in words, the wonderful meaning cannot be found. The supreme of letters is the very clear truth. The letters' examination of the four vehicles is a wonderful experience. The teacher's teaching is the confusing path of understanding the meaning. If there is no sickness, then there is no need for medicine. Just as medicine is needed for the sake of sickness. If there is no other vehicle, then this supreme vehicle is not needed to be taught, just as it abides in the base. However, the supreme vehicle appears only to the supreme ones. Even the vast king Samantabhadra did not speak, and there is not a speck of dust in the speech. To whom does this meaning appear, the king of victors. Then Vajradhara, having completely dispelled his doubts, again made a prayer: If the wonderful Bodhicitta nature is not seen, then all dharmas abide on the path of Dharma. Like the path of a child, it is difficult to achieve results. One born of the royal lineage should see this wonderful nature. Then, the Bhagavan Samantabhadra spoke these words of himself: The wonderful self-nature is the original Dharma of sentient beings. The mind-nature of the Buddhas of the three times is the self-nature of the wonderful Bodhicitta. It is like empty space, without any support. It also has no name, because it abides in the mind, therefore it is widely known as Buddha Buddha. Through asceticism and hardship, the body suffers, prostrations are made, reading, holding and grasping, it is not knowing or attaining. But the attainment of the wonderful Bodhicitta nature is known when the self-nature of the mind appears without error. Asceticism and so on are obstacles to great Bodhi. The essence is the form of the Tathagata. Just as no action is needed, it is said that attainment is achieved without practice. The wonderful Bodhicitta is born from this. This wonderful transcends even the Sugata's realm. The Victorious Ones do not see it, it is the emptiness of the great charnel ground. The great wonder of perfect wisdom Samadhi. It is not separated from others, it is the body of Suchness. Before all is nothing, it is originally enlightened. It is the great ancestor of all the Buddhas of the three times. Meditating on the object of focus, the essence of things is pure. Arising in mudras, the nature is originally peaceful. In service and praise, there are no pure qualities. The essence of non-objective purity.
