From the Tantra of the Great All-Pervading King, the tenth chapter, which is the chapter on measuring conduct. Then, again, the Bhagavan spoke without error his own intention: The ground of all, the dharmata is utterly transparent. Awareness, tögal blazes and radiates. For the unawakened, there is conceptualization. In the expanse of realization, wisdom blazes. In samsara itself, there is no samsara. In the wheel of delusion itself, there is nirvana. For the wise, wisdom dawns. For the unwise, it appears as darkness. Abandoning this, there is no other nectar. Without birth or death, it is unconditioned. From the beginning, it is the vajra essence body. Because it arises from the absence of cause and effect. From the beginning, it is like the nature of space. For this unerring teaching of meaning, The supreme method is shown without searching. To whom it is to be shown, And not to show it is not in oneself. Because the extremes of existence and non-existence are destroyed, It is not realized by valid cognition. Because it cannot be destroyed, it is the vajra mind. Searching for the extremes of existence and non-existence through delusion, Is like measuring the height of the sky. Awareness will not be firmly established. All extremes are not liberated in their own place. All objects are not gathered into oneself. The desire to become a Buddha Is confused by looking, looking, and examining. Attachment to cause and effect is deceptive. The Buddha dharma other than this Cannot be accomplished by the two causes and conditions. Both cause and condition are adventitious dharmas. If these two exist, there is birth and death. If these two do not exist, there is no birth and death. Without birth and death is the true path. Because it abides in oneself, there is no need to search. It is the dharmata that abides in its own nature. It should not be examined in any way. It is completely separated from the extremes and aspects of conduct. The dharmata that is not examined or analyzed Does not separate for even a moment. Because it abides in everything, it is the expanse of spreading. Because this is the nature of all, The essence of all arising, the supreme of vehicles. In the great expanse of complete purity, From the beginning, there is no measuring or aiming. However, there is no seeing it as sacred. Seeing it as non-existent is the sacred expanse. Because this is the nature of all, The field of activity is impartial, primordially enlightened. There is no partiality at all in this. There is no obscuration to be removed in this. There is no need to praise or extol this. This dharmata emptiness without foundation Some see it as the manner of a king. Some see it as commoners and retinue. Some see it as the very truth. Seeing this is inconceivable. However it is seen, it is oneself.

Without arising of concepts, truly observe. Without doubt, be liberated in the expanse. Through liberation, virtues become extraordinary. Buddhas have great attachment. Constantly attached to the expanse in the three times. Sentient beings have great conceptualization. They conceive one's own appearance as other. In the expanse, detachment from attachment is great attachment. Because of engaging in the meaning of non-abiding. Vast and extensive, supremely clear. Quickly see the clear space lamp. Seeing without seeing is seeing the meaning of emptiness. It is not seeing from the awakening of imprints. It is seeing the meaning of continuousness. It is not seeing from the exhaustion of obscurations. It is seeing from the arising of wisdom. In the essence of actionless Dharma, it cannot be represented by words and letters. It cannot be destroyed by sound and measure. Shape and color cannot be seen. Because it arises in any way through conditions. Do not entrust the mind to the Dharma of appearances and sounds. Because the object of attachment is not elsewhere. Do not be attached to material objects. Because other conditions are not elsewhere. Practice one's own Dharma by oneself. Because it is separated from all appearances and hearing. Cut off the root of the mind within. Because it is the great path of yoga. Cut off the doubt of coarse and subtle movements. Because it is devoid of measure. Do not indulge in subtle experiences. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Great Vast King. The eleventh chapter, Cutting off Additions Within. Then, again, the Bhagavan spoke for the sake of not mistaking that meaning. At the depths of the mind, cut the root of meaning. Apart from this, there is no path to liberation. From where and by whom can it be sought? The ignorant seek meaning without understanding. Like a blind person groping for sunlight. With views and practices measured by one's own mind, one seeks the meaning that has always been present. Like searching for stones in a jewel island. Gold and brass are confused with wealth. Grasping and being grasped are the cause of samsara. Considering as Dharma is suffering. Much listening and thinking is the cause of distraction. Meditation and practice are the mind of action. The Three Jewels are names that are fabricated. There is no supreme path other than this. Non-existence itself is the path of all. Mind itself, the great expanse, has no acceptance or rejection. There are no ends, nor is there a center. In the nature of Dharma that is free from ends and center. Because there is no negation or affirmation. Unborn, universally spoken, vast realm. Samsara and nirvana. All dharmas are not...
