Sum Klong. Everlasting, instantly liberated ornament. Annihilation, unabandoned, primordial emptiness ornament. Awareness bliss without tightening or loosening. Unfabricated, naturally complete bliss. Birth and death, endless, free from activity, great expanse. Like a golden island, an expanse without distinctions. Like a rainbow, an expanse where everything is radiant. Without inside or outside, an expanse like the sky. Impartial, an expanse like a young child. Without permanence or annihilation, an expanse like space. Unchanging, an expanse like Mount Meru. Without top or bottom, an expanse like the ocean. In my vast expanse, everything floats. Awareness, naturally clear, without abandoning the four extremes, yet Samsara, Nirvana, cause and effect, terminology are my play. The six realms of beings, the four modes of birth, also Arise and are liberated in the nature of Dharmadhatu. Appearances are vast, awareness is self-pure bliss. The limit of the infinite is naturally accomplished through understanding. On the naked awareness without a precipice, Without effort, the three Kayas are spontaneously perfected, so Characteristics are unceasing, and various things arise. Direct perception of the senses, manifest Dharmadhatu liberation. However one's view is wrong, it is still my own nature. Self-liberation of the Tirthikas, the ornament of Great Perfection is great. Thus it was said. In the nature of Dharmata, the nine vehicles are complete and co-exist. The seventeenth chapter: Not abandoning the wrong views of the Tirthikas is perfection. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Bodhisattva Vajra asked again: Alas, the impartial Samantabhadra expanse! Vast one, free from appearance and cessation! The distinctions of the Shravakas and philosophical tenets also, How is it that they are perfected without being abandoned? The Teacher replied: Aho, Bodhisattva Vajra's skill! The Shravaka Vehicle is like this: Essence, definition, classification, and summary. The essence is to view the self of Dharma, To accomplish one's own peace. The definition is to listen and hear for one's own benefit. The division is fourfold: Shravakas, Emanation, self-stream, pacification, and And all philosophical tenets hold to extremes. The summary is two: Sutra and Abhidharma. The common gateway is the four truths. The view of the Sutra school is: Oral transmission, hearing, thinking, the three doors, and Perfecting the three wisdoms, They desire to obtain the fruit of the ten Bhumis. The desired tenets of the Abhidharma school are: The aggregates, elements, and sense bases, They consider them like a yak's tail or a neusing. If viewed with one's own mind, They consider them like dust and minute particles. Its aspect is

Having examined, meditate with a mind of emptiness. The common meditation of the Shravakas is, By meditating on the Four Noble Truths, They desire the four fruits. They desire to abandon cessation and arising, They attain the fruit in Maitreya's teachings. The cessation is entering the stream, Attaining from great joy up to seven existences. The fruit of meditating on the arising is, Non-returning once, Attaining the fruit below the eighth ground. Meditating on the path, they perfect the ten grounds, Mainly focusing on the two Shravakas. Ah! Hero Vajrasattva, All the Sutras that the Shravakas abandon and refute, Are bound by the partiality of grasping at self, Obscuring the meaning of my primordial space. The view is unerring, the vast expanse of space is me, It is difficult to ascertain the definitive meaning with that. I myself am difficult to fathom, beyond the limits of words, It is impossible to express with just examples and reasons. In the inexpressible meaning, expanding in the vast expanse, How can one proceed without abandoning the two Shravaka schools? I am merely a play, there is no cessation. The space of vast view without partiality, The self-arisen wisdom that dawns without cessation. The body free from cause and condition, appearing without cessation, If one realizes the meaning of the vast and boundless expanse, Instantaneously liberated, the primordially pure I myself. The nature of phenomena, white and black, is free from the characteristics of elaboration, Unmixed, completely perfect like the sun, moon, and stars in the sky. Without abandoning afflictions, floating in my space, The root of all phenomena gathers in me. The six realms of beings are my own nature, All appearances, without abandoning, are my adornment. Thus, in all the phenomena that appear, Everything is not abandoned, the two truths are not abandoned. The entrance, the Four Noble Truths, without abandoning, are my adornment, In the teachings of the three bodies that I have taught, Some see it as a place to abandon, Some refute and some accomplish, Some purify and some negate, Some see emptiness and some see annihilation, Some take and some discard. Each has a view and each has a path, Each path has a philosophical system, Each philosophical system has a bias. The great expanse of the great Ati is me, Effortless, free from activity, free from suffering, Spontaneously self-liberated, unfabricated. Having abandoned the effort and attachment of seeing, Everything is my path. For example, on the top of a tree, The root is not established, it is naturally complete in its place. Seeing in one place, clinging in nine places, The Shravakas are perfected in the great expanse of me. For example, on the top of a royal palace, The lower floors are not established, it is naturally complete in its place.
