Mind does not arise; if there is no mind, wind does not arise. When one mind arises, wisdom is accomplished. From the power of wisdom, unobstructed manifestation arises. Channels, wind, bindu, awareness, mind—all are inseparable, of one taste, united. By grasping them as separate without understanding, it is like nameless becoming named. From the five wisdoms arise the five elements, the five poisons, afflictions, and so forth. By grasping one as many, one is confused, not approaching the realm of true meaning. Everything is the play of awareness and wind. If one recognizes the nature of inseparable one taste, one's own mind is liberated into the nature of awareness, like clouds clearing in the sky. Even the afflicted body becomes invisible, filling the expanse of wisdom. In the body of the power of wisdom itself, the abodes of wind are both general and specific. Although beyond thought, they are summarized into five. The upward-moving wind is in the form of white light, emerging from the heart and entering the spleen channel, pervading the entire body and abiding there. It abides pervading the four joints, generating the strength of flesh, bones, and skin. The wind that generates radiance and splendor is in the form of yellow light, from within the heart, emerging outward, from within the kidney channel, head to tail, pervading the body, from the orifices of excretion, generating the radiance of blood and serum. The uneven heat and descending wind abides within the heart in the form of red light, emerging outward from within the liver channel, pervading the entire body from head to tail, especially abiding within the stomach, digesting food and generating body heat. The green wind that separates essence and waste, together with light, abides within the heart, entering the lungs, pervading the entire body, especially abiding in the two places of the mouth and nose. After separating food into essence and waste, the essence nourishes the constituents of the body, and the waste is separated into feces and urine, expelled from the path of excretion. The wind of non-compassion is of blue light, abiding within the heart, inseparable from pure awareness; it enters the burning channel, abiding inseparably as one. The specific abodes of wind in the chakras are: first, at the navel, the place of generation, the essence of wind is the light of the rainbow, like a mass of light in a semi-circular arc, greatly expanded, adorned with bindus. The form of the eye is the life-sustaining wind. The wind of compassion is below the semi-circle, abiding like the eye of a sparrow. To its right is the fire-equalizing wind, abiding like a stream of sand. To the left is the pervasive wind, like a bubble. In the middle of the bowstring are essence and waste.

Wind. It exists in the form of a wire mesh-like eye. It is the differentiation of the wind at the navel of existence. The five winds of gathered mindfulness are: Citta (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, literal Chinese meaning: mind) is like a precious octagonal shape. In the center is the wind called Life-Sustaining Wind, existing like a pea. Below it is the Karma Wind, existing like a thousand-layered structure. At its peak, the bindu is the form of the body, universally present in everything. To its right is the Clear-Impure Wind, with bindus filling the body. To its left is the Pervasive Wind, with bindus existing like father and mother. The bindu of the Unequal Wind exists like a subtle bindu. The eastern wind is white, flowing. The southern wind is yellow, completely absorbed. Variegated with five wisdoms, the northern wind is green, shaking violently. The western wind is blazing, very red. This is the location of the mindfulness of Citta (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, literal Chinese meaning: mind). The throat speaks of the five Flavor-Gathering Winds. The shape of the wind is like a jackal's tongue, bindus stacked like eyes, called the Life-Sustaining Wind. Below it, the Karma Wind is like a fish's eye, the four directions and four intermediate directions adorned with bindus. Like a taut string, it exists without moving. To the right is the wind associated with fire, bindus stacked five layers high like a raised banner. To the left is the wind that separates clear and impure, bindus like accumulated subtle bindus. Above is the universally Pervasive Wind, bindus existing like a net-like pattern. At the peak, the five winds of transformation are five-spoked wheels and five circumferences. In the center is the wind called Life-Sustaining Wind, the bindu having three faces and six arms. The Karma Wind is below it, the bindu having three faces and six arms, existing within the fire wind. In the eight directions are eight bindus, existing like taut threads. The spokes of the wheel are on the right, bindus existing like peacock feathers. On the left is the wind that separates clear and impure, bindus existing like fish eyes. On the back, the spokes are on the left and right, the universally Pervasive Wind, bindus existing like brocade tents. The remaining winds are on the sides of the spokes, existing like rainbow-like sheep intestines. The earth wind is yellow, existing in the navel. In mindfulness, the water wind is white. In flavor-gathering, the fire wind is red. At the peak is the place of the wind of wind. Thus, from the four generating channels, flowing, shaking, flickering, and again the nature of shaking and moving, the five and the winds of the body, clear light and radiance.
