Then Vajrasattva, with this speech, urged the teacher with his own voice: Alas! The glory that needs no seeking, although the palace of the eye has been spoken of, yet it is unrelated to the words previously spoken. In the palace of the moving channels, where does it reside? Upon what does it rely? Teacher, please explain to the retinue. Having heard this, he explained: Listen, you retinue of emanated forms with bright awareness, in the network of the moving channels, I, the teacher of the four wisdom bodies, reside in the form of the essence-drop of self-nature, holding the bodies of all sentient beings, like a mass of self-nature light. In the channels is the body of the essence-drop, as large as the edge of the sky, as small as one-tenth of a horse's tail. Its clarity is like the sun, moon, and lamp. It is clear and radiant, its splendor blazing. In the places of going, coming, and dwelling, there are hundreds of thousands of wisdom dakinis, countless millions beyond words. Offering homage to the body of a small seed is the very difference between cause and effect, the action of the wind at the place of transference. The realm of the essence-drop is one's own karma. The palace of the essence-drop is the five chakras. The straight path of the essence-drop is the central channel itself. The city of the essence-drop is Betali. The support is the joints of the spine. The clarity is the treasury of magic. The guru opens the door, clear in the expanse. The city of emanations is ninety hundred thousand kotis. The essence-drop relies on the self-born form, residing within all the channels. It emerges from the secret door. The clarity is the vajra flower itself. Placed beneath the pistil of the lotus, in one's own body, speech, and mind, the experience of clarity constantly arises manifestly. The cause, path, essence, expanse, and fruit, the instructions on the experience of bliss and clarity, etc., are the mind-treasure of a qualified guru. Emaho! Vajrasattva, listen! The so-called lamp of the essence-drop of emptiness is the faith in all dharmas. Hold this meaning in your mind. Essence, definition, classification, characteristics, intention, dwelling place, the door of manifestation, nature, object appearance, measure and qualities, skillful examples, etc., place these roots in your mind. The essence is uniquely subtle, the edge of emptiness is also self-luminous, non-conceptual, free from elaboration, and perfectly round. The essence-drop is the unchanging and upright one, and 'le' is the indication of the great. Emptiness prevents the mind from clinging to real objects. The lamp self-manifests as five lights, self-aware, self-knowing, possessing clear radiance. It is a definite word that dispels doubt. Classi-

These are the five bindus, as follows: The bindu of the ground's own place, The bindu of the conventional cause, The bindu of ultimate non-elaboration, The bindu of self-arisen fruit, The unchanging bindu is emptiness. The self-abiding view is the only one, Free from conceptual proliferation and attachment, The nature of things is self-empty, Even without meditation, it is uninterrupted, The nature of the bindu is indivisible. Kati is the precious vein of gold, Thin and coiled like white silk, Inside the four crystal tubes, The self-abiding is not made by anyone, It has always been in great equality. Sometimes it rides on the horse of wind, Inside the body and veins, As the body support of all sentient beings, It has been abiding from the very beginning. The unobstructed eye of sentient beings that appears, emerges from the gate called "Cakṣu" (Tibetan, Devanagari, cakṣu, Romanized Sanskrit, eye), It appears like the sun's mandala, It appears from the eyes of all. The one who abides by the nature of things, The primordial awareness is self-possessed and self-luminous, Not made by anyone, it is the nature. The appearing realm is in empty space, The place of arising is free from the three realms, Bliss-emptiness, non-thought, and non-leakage, The self-arisen bindu is inexpressible emptiness. There is no expansion or contraction in the realm of space, In the unchanging space itself, It will surely change to the extent of its measure. Effortlessly, it is self-liberated, It can avert the cycle of the three realms, In reality, the gods are naturally high, The asuras fall, and humans are the size of a thumb. In the roundness of the five lights gathered, It appears without end. With the secret instruction of the method, with the thumb and index finger, Squeeze the root and edge of the Cakṣu (Tibetan, Devanagari, cakṣu, Romanized Sanskrit, eye), It appears manifestly and creates faith. The analogy is like the plumage of a peacock, It abides like a net-eye or fish-eye. Having obtained self-nature freedom in this, Effortlessly, it is self-liberated. Having said this, Kunsang (Samantabhadra) abides majestically in the vast and boundless great realm. From the essence of all vehicles, the Longchen Rabjam (Omniscient Longchenpa)'s tantra, the place where the original Buddha body and bindu abide, The fifth chapter, which speaks of peace, vastness, and clarity. Samaya. Seal, seal, seal. Seal, seal, seal. Then, the heart-son Vajra, Asked the teacher thus: O Supreme Nirmanakaya, Samantabhadra, The one who arises from the unborn Dharma, In the four palaces of sentient beings, The four lamps and the Buddha body, You have said that they abide extensively, But where does the path go? The teacher
