The five bodies said in the six-syllable mantra are: The five emanations of the compassionate speech's testament, The five Buddhas who teach the Dharma of Maitreya, The teachers of beings remain in the world, and the teachings are not lost. From the auspicious jewel in the heart of Vajrasattva, Appears the unequaled Tathagata, the self-born body of the protector. From the eight spokes of the Dharma wheel on the crown of the head, Appears the stainless essence of the Buddha Manjushri. From the urna hair appears the blissful protector Avalokiteshvara. From the nose appears Vajrapani, from the tongue appears Maitreya, manifesting in various ways. The fundamental five tantras of body, speech, mind, and qualities Are the testament of speech. From the eight spokes of the right-hand Dharma wheel, Appears the stainless, self-born body of the Buddha's crown. From the eight petals of the lotus in the left hand, Appears the Buddha Maitreya, the all-seeing one. From the swastika on the right foot, Appears the self-born wisdom of the Buddha, the all-liberating one. From the utpala on the left foot appears Kshitigarbha. Those who realize the wisdom of these have dominion over the Dharma, The four oral transmissions spread as rays of light, inseparable from a thousand Buddhas. This teaching is indestructible, establishing the victory banner of Dharma. The testament of the eighty-four thousand victors, The compassionate emanation, the self-born wisdom, Maitreya teaches the Dharma, subduing beings according to their needs, Explaining the mandala of faith's adornment. From the lion's roar, the sun and moon united, The teaching is indestructible, the victory banner, the testament of speech, the fifty-seventh chapter. Alas! Bhagavan, Lord of compassionate means, For the sake of generating realization, the support of the body, How are the metaphors of representation? The Buddha said: To generate realization for beings, the support of the body, From the crown of the head, relics are manifested, Like the offering of the lamp, the offering of the hair tuft on the crown of the head. The pores teach the Dharma, dispelling the discriminations of the four continents. The support of the body, in Jambudvipa in the south, a stupa of accumulated jewels. In Godaniya in the west, a self-born stupa of joyful accumulation. In Uttarakuru in the north, a stupa of equanimity, a cross of abandonment. In Purvavideha in the east, a stupa of accumulated Maitreya Vajra. These four are the metaphors representing the images of the body. Like the three bodies of the Buddha abiding. From that stupa, light radiates, establishing the support. In the four directions and four corners of Vajrasana, With the representation of the body, the stupas are arranged in each direction. Magadha
