Having perfected the generation, the meaning of knowing all aspects, Self-awareness and wisdom arise spontaneously from within. Since everything is a manifestation body, All phenomena arise as the great self-born. All sentient beings of the six realms, Initially arise from the speech of the Dharmakaya. In the middle, they abide in the nature of the three bodies. Finally, they dissolve, also dissolving into the nature of reality. Sentient beings without merit, whose karma is not purified, Do not know the true face of the three pure, self-illuminating eyes. For those with merit, the three bodies abide as their own nature, Through realization, the three doors are self-arisen and self-liberated. The wisdom that knows the self-liberation of the three times arises. Like a clear butter lamp inside a vase, The unchanging three bodies are seized in their own place at that time. The supreme Dzogchen (great perfection) understanding is decided in this life. The intermediate one decides the five wisdoms in the bardo (intermediate state). The two bodies are perfected in the expanse of the Dharmakaya, the great perfection is decided. From the union of the sun and moon in the understanding of the Lion's Roar, The eighteenth chapter, which explains the manner of distinguishing the manifestation bodies, is complete. Alas! Bhagavan, Lord of compassion and skillful means, Please speak of the manner in which the wisdom of the three bodies arises. The command was given: This great self-born wisdom, I will explain the difference between what it is and what it is not, Vajra-holders, listen carefully. That which is self-born but not wisdom, Although it exists in all sentient beings, Because it is not realized, it is not wisdom. It is like a blind person without an eye-opener. That wisdom without self-birth, Desiring the five changing wisdoms of location, Because it arises from conditions, it is not wisdom. It is like sappanwood caught in the veins. Self-born wisdom that is inherently so, Wisdom and insight arise spontaneously. That which is inherently abiding, the self-born, Because it is realized through the conditions of scripture, Self-arisen wisdom is destroyed, It is like re-melting butter, Like the sun free from clouds. Originally, it is the nature of clear light, Wisdom is awareness without cessation. That is explained as the meaning of wisdom. The essence and definition of wisdom, And the distinctions and categories, And explaining by combining representative examples, The essence of wisdom is the clear light of the heart, Because it is non-conceptual and perfectly pure, The ground wisdom is self-born clear light. When combined with the body, it is the Dharmakaya, the empty body. When combined with awareness, it is the essence itself. When combined with the way of abiding, it is self-illuminating light. Various lights blazing, holding signs, The self-nature is spontaneously accomplished, transcending permanence and annihilation. Without inside or outside, empty light. Arising in the heart, ah.

It is explained as the meaning of wisdom. The name of wisdom is the meaning of one's own nature. That which knows is explained as the meaning of the word. Its distinctions are shown. Awareness is self-pure, clear, and luminous, The basis is the great wisdom that can arise. That very emptiness is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. Unobstructed clarity is like a mirror. The meaning of equality wisdom is the indivisibility of awareness and emptiness. The wisdom of individually discriminating the three bodies of non-duality. The wisdom of awareness is unobstructed accomplishment. Although shown separately in this way, there is no obstruction. Non-abiding wisdom is shown as activity. Knowing in this way, self-awareness in oneself, It is shown as the wisdom of awareness. Without separation, it is self-born wisdom. That meaning does not deviate, Adaka (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) is the wisdom of the heart. The example of the base wisdom is like the earth. The example of the Dharmadhatu wisdom is like the sky. The example of the mirror wisdom is like a clear mirror. Individual discrimination is like the stars in the ocean. The example of the wisdom of accomplished activity is like the essence of the sun. That non-abiding wisdom is like the moon in water. Self-awareness wisdom is like a crystal. The example of Adaka (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) wisdom is like the decree of a king. The basis from which all arises is the natural wisdom. Unconditional emptiness is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. Unobstructed clarity is done like a mirror. Non-dual union is equality wisdom. Undistorted completeness is done by individually discriminating. Doing without obstruction is accomplished activity. Speaking without extremes is non-abiding wisdom. Self-knowing by oneself is self-arisen wisdom. Immutable, uncompounded, in self-born wisdom. In meaning, not deviating, doing Adaka (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) heart wisdom. The Dharmakaya thigle, the display of the power of awareness, That which is clear in difference and light, Awareness and insubstantiality are clear. Unobstructed, inseparable, without hindrance, The characteristics of the five wisdoms are held by these five. Space and wisdom are both in the state of self-sounding emptiness. The Dharmadhatu wisdom, the state of emptiness, is clear in blue. The mirror wisdom, the unobstructed state, is clear in white. The equality wisdom, the inseparable state, appears in yellow. Individual discrimination, the state of ignorance, appears in red. The accomplished wisdom, the unobstructed, is clear in green. Those dharmata states are the essence of wisdom, clear. The path of the three kayas, self-aware wisdom, is clear, Without obscuration, rays of light are uninterrupted.
