Without discipline, morality is complete. Having known, the ignorance that does not distinguish, Not meditating, meditation, gathering and scattering are absent. Not knowing, wisdom is shown. Not grasping, from the depths of grasping it is shown. Not looking, it is definitely shown to be like that. If there is no appearance, there is no reality, That itself is the unique supreme body. Likewise, the body cannot be symbolized, That itself is the sphere, it cannot be symbolized. Not seeing is seeing. Not focusing on anything is ignorance, Unknowing is clear wisdom. Whoever possesses the wisdom of awareness, Looks at the meaning of the wordless. Grasping is also free from concepts and objects. Not relying on anything is the best of meditation. Afflictions themselves are the basis of enlightenment, Even that basis cannot be conceived. Where there is always the path of the unchanging Bodhicitta, The expanse of Dzogchen view where one cannot enter into meaning. Thus, the supreme thought of the powerful, mindless one. Happiness and unhappiness are non-dual in the mind, Who sees the teacher as a fault? The supreme thought that does not diminish the meaning of truth. Great wisdom sees by looking at objects and senses, if seen, do not look. First, with the three aspects of wisdom, By a person who has taken the nature of reality into practice, Looking at the expanse of the sky itself, Likewise, the mind is like that. Meditating and abiding in it, like meditating on the sky itself in the sky. The time of meditation is when seeing is, Not even a little is seen. With that great supreme meditation, If not offered even for a moment, How much is accomplished is equality itself. It is said to be called the wheel of equality. Thus, from the root tantra. This is the twelfth chapter, which shows the definitive meaning. Then the teacher to the assembly, Showed the view without abandoning or adopting. The nature of all is thus. The path is the near path, blissfully complete. All equal as one bindu. On the essence of no nature, If a concept of no nature arises, Then it is thoroughly examined as no nature. The nature of the essence is no nature. The first nature is nature. Oh, then how to place that? Also by the yogi who truly grasps, Not reversing, not changing its nature. Established as self-born, self-pacified nature. Non-dual nature as one bindu. Since the senses are not obstructed by objects, If the object is obstructed, there is no essence. Non-dual inside and outside is thus. Consciousness cannot be separated from the object. Consciousness should not be destroyed on the object. All are cured by antidotes.

There is none. Not abandoning consciousness, not accepting awareness, Abandoning and taking are separate from the mind, that is meditation. If large or small habitual patterns continue, Not born, not ceasing, abide in its own place. If generated, it is generating consciousness; If blocked, it will turn into dullness. Self-arising, self-pacifying, self-abiding, Meet the meaning of the essence itself. Thus from the root tantra. The chapter on showing the absence of abandoning and taking of view, the thirteenth. Then, the teacher to the assembly, Showed all the measures of reaching the end. In the self-nature of all Buddhas, One's own mind has no abandoning or taking, The measure of meditation reaching the end. Not holding to duality, not holding to two, Not holding or looking at gold nuggets and manure, The measure of meditation reaching the end. Not thinking, not contemplating, not focusing, The measure of meditation reaching the end. From the very nature of space, Clouds and mists also arise, Self-arising, self-pacifying in the expanse of space. Likewise, one's own bodhicitta, Is not disturbed, all conceptualizations, Self-arising, self-pacifying in the nature of mind. When that arises, it is the measure of meditation. If striving for bliss, it is just that. The absence of characteristics is the measure of meditation. Possessing confidence and unwavering, When that happens, it is the measure of meditation. If not, if a rising mind arises, It is a reversed conceptualization, Those have no meaning for that. The view without viewing Is the measure of view reaching the end. Extremely foolish, not clear, The arising and ceasing of memory decline, It is the measure of latent thoughts. Grasping foolishness tightly Is the measure of clinging to meaning in all samadhis. If there is no mind attached to anything, It is the measure of meditation spontaneously accomplished. Whoever always abides like this Abides on the Buddha ground. Thus from the root tantra. The chapter on showing the completion of meditation, the fourteenth. Then, the teacher to the assembly, Showed how to dispel the illnesses of attachment to meditation. Suchness is a single bindu, not two. The object of focus is like dust and Mount Meru. Similar thoughts are like a great wind. Without a place, attachment to practice in a place, Meditation is mistaken. Not thinking, without attachment to anything, Samadhis should not be attached to mountains. Since suchness has no form, What object of focus is there? Focusing on non-duality Is the illness of attachment to meditation, the cause of samsara. Seeing the sacredness itself and clinging to it Is the illness of attachment to meditation.
