Like a mirror, Whatever is realized appears as such. Like the self-illuminating wisdom sun rising, The mandala of appearances is clear as light. The lamp of appearances, born from wisdom and prajna, Blazes with light. The all-pervading, vast, and unified samadhi Is one, without elaboration or contraction. The sphere of awareness is free from directions, The sphere of wisdom is clear as light. The sphere of the lamp has no object of focus. When the two extremes are purified and darkness dispelled, Wisdom dawns from conceptual thought itself. The Buddha-field is tamed and purified, Transcending the realm of emptiness. Appearing like words and letters, All imputed appearances are Shown to be like an echo. All appearances as conditions are The realm of self-appearance beyond words. Although there is no duality of appearance and non-appearance, There is also nothing that appears subsequently. Like the path of birds in the sky, The single thigle (bindu) is perfectly great. It appears vividly as the light of the eye. From the light itself of the vajra mandala, It transforms into the self-light of the lamp. The essence of self-originated meaning itself Exists, yet is not existent, Free from the limits of things themselves. It is not non-existent, yet is not non-existent, Like the oil in sesame or mustard seeds, Naturally present from the beginning. In the appearance of sentient beings' bodies, The seed of the Tathagatagarbha In the harmonious light and self-nature, Abides, and from the gates of entering the path, Fully emerges and engages in meaning. As space pervades sentient beings, So is the meaning of awareness. It is also limitless and endless, Abiding uniquely in its own essence. Perfect Buddhahood is self-awareness itself, Its essence unchanging in the three times. Its nature is constant and unceasing, Its compassion shining upon all. Appearances are all boundless, From the vast center, self-appearance, and the opening of the heart, The stains of the five poisons, From their distinctness, the self-aware body. By constantly appearing, it is self-originated, By being uniquely clear, it is immutable. In each precious citta (mind) of oneself, Like a vase filled with rainbow-colored light. Inside, the fire of wisdom blazes, The palace of wisdom appears in many forms. From each essence of the body, Emanations of speech are countless, The intentions of mind are inconceivable, From the thought-free appearance of awareness, The mind of habit becomes very stable, Transforming into the view of the Great Illuminator. The wisdom of appearance blazes with light, In harmonious entry.
