The realm of appears. The wisdom of self-born wisdom transcends the limits of grasping and being grasped, and is the reality beyond thought. Moreover, because the power of wisdom is uninterrupted, it appears as the six realms. Then again, the goddess of wisdom, the lamp of appearance, asked: "O compassionate one, endowed with a self-born body, please tell me what is the special word?" Thus she asked. Then again, the Great Compassionate One said: "Ema! Goddess of wisdom, listen! I, the self-born Buddha, have no place for conceptualization. Why? Because I am free from the causes of arising. I, the self-appearing wisdom, have no limit of doubt. Why? Because the conduct of self-appearance is uninterrupted. I, the king of wisdom, have no limit of partiality. Why? Because awareness itself is free from conditions. I, the goddess of self-awareness, am clear without adornment, and have no aspect of clarity or obscurity. Why? Because the appearance of wisdom is inherently clear. Therefore, daughter of lineage, you should associate with your own pure appearance." Then again, from within the assembled gathering, the goddess of wisdom, the lamp of clear space-awareness, asked: "O Bhagavan, endowed with the mandala of compassion, what is the common object of dharma?" Thus she asked. Then again, the teacher, the body of wisdom, said: "Ema! Goddess of wisdom, listen! I will explain the nature of common appearance, listen well. The nature of common appearance is as follows: the five outer elements themselves are the dharma of the common self-continuum, because all the outer appearing elements are united with one's own awareness, they are the common dharma. The distinctions are as follows: the characteristic of earth, being solid, is united with the wisdom of awareness, which is free from arising and ceasing. The characteristic of wind, being uplifting, is united with the wisdom of awareness, which is unobstructed. The characteristic of fire, being burning, is united with the wisdom of awareness, which is not under the power of afflictions. The characteristic of water, being moistening, is united with the wisdom of awareness, which enters into all objects. The characteristic of space, being vast,

It should be combined with the endless realm of wisdom. Then, the assembled multitude, with one voice, requested: O Bhagavan, endowed with compassion and skillful means, please speak to us about the mandala of skillful means. They requested thus. Then, the Blessed One spoke again: Ema! Sons of the lineage, listen without distraction! I shall explain the wisdom of secret mantra skillful means, listen without distraction! Although the nature of wisdom is non-conceptual, its function appears in various ways. Because the minds of sentient beings are stained with defilements, they do not give rise to self-luminous clarity, and everything is obscured, following after appearances. If the meaning of wisdom is understood, then what is not obscured will be shown. If one knows the face of self-appearing wisdom, then one will know the root and expanse of all dharmas, and afflictions will arise as the appearance of wisdom. Then, the assembled multitude was greatly astonished and deliberated thus: Having heard, understood, and known these words, at the moment of realization, the suchness of all self-awareness, indivisible from the Bhagavan Samantabhadra, was entered into samadhi. Then, again, abiding in the great palace undivided by parts, in the great mandala of the heart-mind, benefiting beings with countless emanations of speech. The intention of the heart-mind is unwavering from the one. The miraculous display of the body shows everything. The nature of the single self-born skillful means appears everywhere. The samadhi of miraculous display is inconceivable. The mandala of wisdom shows everything. The beautiful rays of light radiate in the ten directions. The interplay of appearances shows everything. The skillful means of wisdom is unobstructed in any place. From the depths of the heart, the rays of intention naturally arise. The Buddha's realm, the body manifestly appears. The secret lamp does not abide in any direction. The nature of wisdom is unobstructed in any place. The appearance of the three bodies is utterly pure. The expanse of dharmata is vast and endless. The appearance of the dharmakaya does not fall in any direction. The four doors of wisdom are clear without arising or ceasing.
