That is the conduct. Seeing self-appearance is the view. Not straying from that is said to be meditation. Without abandoning or grasping, one attains samadhi. Without partiality, one holds one's own ground. Unmade, self-arisen, primordially accomplished. Wherever the initial place is, one goes to that place in the end. Now, abide in its meaning. In between, wisdom's magical arts arise. Having arisen, they dissolve into the realm of wisdom. Having dissolved, rays of light radiate without obstruction. In the mandala of the meaning of self-appearance, the dharma nature of awareness is complete without mixing. The view of Dzogchen is one's own place. In the sky of purified habitual tendencies, it is clear in a non-distracted manner. The dharma nature, free from distraction, is unchanging. By meditating on contemplation, one does not see the meaning of the dharma nature. Self-appearance samadhi is separate from the side of thought. The dharma nature, free from elaboration, is like the edge of the sky. Self-appearance, free from grasping, is like the depths of a river. In the pure object of focus, there is no grasping or conception. The Buddha, free from the four extremes, is self-awareness. That which transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence is the Dharmakaya. The sole Buddha is free from calculations of being and non-being. In the non-conceptual state of the Dharmakaya, without dualistic grasping of what is practiced and what is used, the power of bliss of self-awareness transcends grasping and conception. Emaho! The self-born, clear light, emptiness, wisdom body. In order to show the meaning of the unchanging lion, the face of Samantabhadra is clear in the ten directions. The body of Samantabhadra, the all-seeing, has no front or back. He sees with his eyes in all directions. Without the limit of thought, he acts without distraction in the realm. Without attachment or clinging, self-appearance enters the realm. Without beginning or end, he is absorbed in his own state. Without obstruction, he realizes the state of the lamp. Without abandoning or attaining, he spreads out in the realm of the sky. Without desire or aversion, self-appearance pervades the realm. The non-conceptual Dharmakaya is separate from thoughts and things. The unmade, self-clear, self-aware samadhi is clear. In the state of non-grasping and non-conceptualization, everything is absorbed. When the darkness clears, one enjoys freely. One moves to the edge of abiding all at once in the absence of a place. One does not abide in the realm of samsara, but goes to one's own place. The view without near or far is a single decision. I am free from the words of emptiness. Because I have no dharma of darkness, I am the self-appearing great light. Because I have no cause for appearance, I am clear as the five bodies of signs. Because I have no dharma of action, I am primordially free from birth.
