Furthermore, there is no long or short in meditation sessions. Do not dwell on thoughts of when you will achieve it. From the Tantra of the Great Perfection, the Marvelous Essence of Meaning, the Self-Arisen Wheel of Bliss: The Eleventh Chapter, which teaches the Samadhi of Unseparated Continuity. Then, the King of All-Knowingness bestowed the teachings on the practice of unseparated awareness: Self-arisen wisdom is like the great sky, uncollected, the complete Dharmakaya. Again, listen, Vajrasattva, unborn, unceasing, continuously practice, beyond thought, the meaning clear, abiding in the mind, is the essence of the secret mantra body. Hidden by both Buddhas and sentient beings, this is the noble conduct of the self-Buddha, the definitive meaning of all Buddhas. For the truly enlightened mind, without objectifying, there is no examination; without abiding, there is no thought. Therefore, non-action is like the sky. Again, listen to the essence of the gathering, the unconditioned, self-arisen Suchness. In the nature of reality beyond examination, without meditation, without objectification, it is called Samadhi. Without conceptualization, also without mind, in the wisdom that pervades all, encompassing all, without action, the supreme conduct. Gathered assembly, listen now! To realize the nature of one's own mind, without gathering this object into the mind, the object of examination will also cease to exist. By what, on what, does one think and examine? For example, in the empty sky, one does not objectify, nor gather. Likewise, when the mind meditates on the mind, such nature is without objectification. If one does not examine any faults or virtues, what obscuration can there be on the path? That is said to be the supreme conduct. Again, listen, Vajrasattva, this continuously inseparable self-awareness, self-clear without experience, that is the supreme essence of experience. Not grasping, not abandoning, merely self-clear, is taught as the continuous practice of inseparability. Even if signs arise continuously, if one knows that there is no remembering, rejecting, or accepting, then the view and meditation of the Buddha are of one essence. In all practices of yoga, because it is the ultimate practice, if in non-remembrance, sleep, and afflictions, one lets it go naturally, then that nature, remembrance cannot harm. Now, because it is wisdom itself, there is no need to deliberately create or practice. From the Tantra of the Great Perfection, the Marvelous Essence of Meaning, the Self-Arisen Wheel of Bliss: The Tenth Chapter, which teaches the practice of unseparated continuity.

Second (chapter). The five poisons in the gathering wheel are, As taught by the self-liberation teacher, Understanding the meaning of one's own mind, do not abandon practice. Attachment, hatred, ignorance, as well as, Pride, jealousy, and samsara, The yogi with firm conviction, Does not accumulate similar habits, Whether male or female, even if united in the three times, The discipline of vows is not broken. If habits are accumulated, one will be born in the realm of the hungry ghosts, One will not rely on higher liberation. By understanding the essence of one's own mind, One cannot cut off the deathless life. The torment of hatred is the meaning of wisdom, One will not fear the suffering of hell. Self-awareness and wisdom are meaningful, Understanding the various forms of ignorance as meaningful. In the expanse of primordial dharmata, One cannot purify the obscurations of ignorance. Understanding the meaning of pride is wisdom, Believing in the self-born heart of the dharmakaya. There is no rival in the three worlds, That is the very nature of pride. Jealousy is without faults or obscurations, Therefore, do not abandon it, but rest in its own place. Jealousy is clear towards wrong views, Therefore, jealousy is the secret body. Now listen again to the essence of the gathering, Sentient beings' wrong thoughts are too strong, Because they cannot be transformed by other causes, Rely on the five poisons themselves to dispel them. By showing accordance, it will surely be dispelled. Now listen again to the essence of the gathering, The person who does not want to dispel is, When seeing a sinful person or a heretic, In order to reveal their faults of knowledge and action, One should flee to another place. If there is no way to abandon them, Then without issuing verbal instructions, Generate the mind of great compassion, Remember the instructions for subduing wrong views, One should know them as an object of patience. From the Great Perfection, the Wondrous Essence of Meaning, the Self-Arisen Wheel of Bliss Tantra, The thirteenth chapter, showing the self-liberation of the five poisons, is complete. Now listen again to the essence of the gathering, I will explain the fruits that arise in sequence, Listen well and comprehend with your mind. The abiding samadhi is meaningful, Because wisdom and habits are equal, Clarity and non-discrimination are simultaneous, One has the power to be born as a god in the desire realm. At that time, if one transmigrates, one will see the dharmata. With unwavering samadhi, Subduing conceptual thoughts with mindfulness, Being born as a god in the pure realms, At that time, one will attain perfect enlightenment. The yogi who possesses equality, In the moment of separating from the body, Attains the fruit of the Buddha,
