Sentient beings cannot coexist; if there is Buddha, there are no sentient beings; if there are sentient beings, there is no Buddha. Oneness is the nature of Dharma; non-awakening is the sentient beings of Samsara; awakening is the intention of the Buddha. The previous non-awakening is the same as the later awakening. There is nothing else besides that, just that. The essence of meaning does not change; it is only temporarily counted as two. That is also for the sake of practitioners to awaken. Samsara and Nirvana cannot coexist; at the time of non-awakening, one cannot say there is awakening. It is only temporarily spoken from the perspective of the majority. If there is darkness, there is no light; if there is light, there is no darkness. It is only temporarily shown as one. That is also for the sake of awakening. Then, the essence of meaning exists in the inconceivable. A little appearance, a little emptiness. A little emptiness, a little appearance. A little medicine, a little poison. A little poison, a little medicine. A little sentient being, a little Buddha. A little affliction, a little wisdom. Because it is one and different, it is said to be liberated from one and different. Therefore, Samsara and Nirvana are connected and will not be cut off. Real edge is separated from real edge, all real is separated from all. Therefore, correct view is free from attachment. Sentient beings and Buddhas are the connection of the essence of the self. It is also said that they are different due to the cause of ignorance. Who can hold such meaning? Neither good nor evil is done intentionally; even if done, there is no disturbance to the natural state of Dharma. Unmoving and unchanging, without a place, empty of the senses. At the time of awakening, manifest as Buddhahood. Naturally free from attainable desire. Seeing this, everything is Dharmakaya. Doubt and habitual anger are eliminated from the root. Subduing enemies with tranquility, appearing as inverted cognition. The essence of everything is one's own nature. All cognitions will be exhausted. All actions will naturally subside. Just having such warmth, the demon and common attainments are great. No matter what kind of power arises, the demon is integrated into the nature of Dharma. In the middle, one must work very hard. Some people therefore give rise to elaboration; when they see afflictions exhausted, that is also small wisdom, the cause of Samsara. You should understand it in this way. Sa, the chapter of letters on the meaning of the connection between Samsara and Nirvana, the tenth. The Dharma of freedom from elaboration.

Homage to the body! The root of all faults in sentient beings is one, TheThe clinging to a self gives rise to the five poisons. The very term "sentient being" is based on clinging; It is the source from which all afflictions arise. Due to clinging to a self, from beginningless time, We have been tormented in the swamp of suffering until now. Unless you release the pegs of grasping and the grasped, Liberation is not taught even by Vajrasattva. In the single nature of reality, free from duality, Clinging to "I" and "other" causes us to wander endlessly. As long as there is a concept of self and other, Whatever hardships you endure are causes for binding yourself. Wishing for liberation, you bind yourself again, Like a silkworm trapped in its cocoon. If the understanding of self and other has not arisen, Then actions are performed on self, other, objects, and mind. Because these two exist, there are actions and agents, Hope and doubt, and what is not good, Good and bad, cause and effect, And all the higher realms and lower realms are said to exist. As long as the non-duality of object and mind is not realized, Saying there is no self and other is like a blind man guiding. Without mixing the consciousness of self and other, Saying there is no duality of object and mind is foolish. The root of faults accompanies the two, grasping and the grasped. Some philosophical schools say this: "I and you are separate from the beginning." Because they have searched for the nature of their own mind and not found it, Saying there is no duality of object and mind is foolish. Some, in the single nature of reality, Believe that the nature of reality is different. Saying there is no duality of object and mind is foolish. Some, although they believe only in mind-essence, Say that mind-essence is different, and there is no duality of object and mind. Some, without reaching the meaning, Say that the meaning is the same in words and deeds. Even if they exist, they are accompanied by the two, grasping and the grasped, the root of faults. Without separating from the source of faults, It is not said that one can be liberated from the limits of samsara. Therefore, know the root of faults. The Victorious Ones have not taught the enumeration of them. For a while, there are eighty-four thousand. That too is the supreme, self-arisen, great, without being made. Therefore, let it be in your confidence. Again and again, look at the root of faults. If you do not separate from that root of faults, Even if you have miraculous powers and clairvoyance, there is never liberation. If there is knowable and knower, Then that is the root of faults.
