In all that appears, one obtains mastery over everything. The sixtieth chapter of the Great Perfection, the collection of all definitive meanings, from the Tantra Equivalent to the Wisdom Sky, which briefly explains the practice of definitive meaning. Thereafter, to the assembled retinue, the All-Knowing Teacher declared: Unfabricated conduct is, at the time of taking this present body, through the six distinctions of conduct, understanding the meaning without abandoning anything, surpassing all bindus. That is, at the time of realizing one's own mind, at all times and in all circumstances, only from this self-luminous awareness, one does not seek elsewhere. Now, Vajrasattva, listen! Now, with body, speech, and mind, do not seek from elsewhere, at this time, without distraction, remember the meaning of awareness practice, that is conduct without samsara. Whatever it may be, for whatever, realizing that there is no acceptance or rejection of good or bad, realizing that there is no worldly convention, the clinging to worldly convention will disappear. The meaning is clear, forgetfulness and attachment decrease, coarseness and pride do not arise, therefore it is said to be the confidence of conduct. Now, listen again to the essence of the gathering, with the confidence of wisdom's view and conduct, the wisdom of the self-liberation of the five poisons is, wherever it arises, it is clear at that very moment, there is no straying from self-born awareness, therefore it is the conduct of a yogi, even with the method of conceptual understanding, one can obtain the confidence of definite meaning, in the single simultaneous field of appearance, like the sun and moon being devoured by Rahu, it is said to be the supreme wisdom conduct. The sixty-first chapter of the Great Perfection, the collection of all definitive meanings, from the Tantra Equivalent to the Wisdom Sky, which briefly explains conduct. Thereafter, to the assembled gathering, the All-Knowing King declared: For those who have faith in the definitive meaning, with six distinctions, not in the future, but in this very moment, is the fruit of the manifestation of wisdom. Now, listen again, Vajrasattva! Just as clear water is without turbidity, on the fruit without hope or fear, there is not even the name of straying or obscuration, it is seized by fearless confidence, an experience without attachment or desire will arise, awareness without experience is the best of experiences, therefore, believing in the meaning is the supreme fruit, just as because there is something worth valuing, what need is there to mention gold for the fruit? Therefore, possessing definitive confidence, the fruit is the Buddha, what more need be said?

What is needed? Definitive enlightenment is accomplished at this time. Now listen to the essence of the gathering again. An example of the arising of the Dharmakaya's reflection, Like the sun, moon, planets, and stars, which are not sought, Like reflections appearing in the ocean. For the fruit of realizing the Dharmakaya, Sentient beings have different inclinations, The two forms of Rupakaya arise simultaneously. Great Perfection, definitive meaning, all gathered together, From the Tantra of Wisdom equal to space, The chapter on showing the definitive gathering of the fruit, the sixty-second. The thirteenth, which is the teaching condensed into a summary, is complete. Then Vajrasattva, For the sake of the retinue, asked again: How does one subdue appearances with power? How does one cut off the precipice of the six realms? How does one meditate on inseparable wisdom? How does the order of experience arise? Please explain, All-Knowing King. Having heard the meaning of the question, He spoke to the assembled retinue: In order to subdue appearances with power, For those like the darkness of ignorance, He bestowed the great power of wisdom. That too is shown by the example of power. The pure Brahmin bathes, And empowers the kingdom, The power to subdue meaning arises naturally. Understanding that meaning is upright and correct, In the uncreated sky, For those who have their own measure, The mind should be strongly focused. For example, like taming a wild horse, One's own awareness should not be distracted, Exert effort between strength and weakness, One should abide in the meaning that has been cut off. That should also be done in conjunction with the elements, The sessions of elemental bliss should be long, The sessions of elemental discomfort should be short. Or else, relax the body slightly. The signs are that both body and mind arise, The body trembles and tears flow, The mind is blissful, clear, and joyful, By the power of Samadhi, all the signs will arise. Abiding without thoughts, Like a person who has given up activities, Without distraction, clearly and loosely abide. If agitated, like clouds in the sky, Even if it arises, it is like there is no harm to the base. If the mind's seeking reaches its limit, There is no need to arrange thoughts or fabricate. That shows the experience of meditation, Although the mind abides in the meaning of the object, Awareness cannot be completely focused, One abides in bliss without thinking about the object. Even if clinging thoughts arise, Like the sun rising on hail, One does not follow after, but goes together. At that time, trust arises in the base, At that time, the experience of the mind is, When there is no appearance and confused appearances return.
