Therefore, it is explained in detail in the treatises of the Mind-Only school, but I have not spoken of the ultimate meaning. From the Great Perfection Ultimate Meaning Collection, refuting the tenets of the Mind-Only school, Chapter Ten. Thereafter, to the retinue of the Collection, the Teacher Samantabhadra taught: The tenets desired by the inner and outer secret mantras, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, etc., visualizing them as Buddhas, offering to wisdom heroes and heroines, etc., after accumulating the merit of the two accumulations, when the nature of reality is free from obscurations, the arising of the result is certain. Because of considering the three bodies as the five wisdoms, the self-knowing Dharmakaya obscures the ultimate meaning. Now listen again, Vajrasattva, the view of Anu Yoga is that all the conceptualizations such as the five aggregates, considering them as unproduced and complete, the result is the five wisdoms, and obscuring by considering the five bodies as spontaneously accomplished. Listen to the essence of the authentic Collection, the Buddha who is spontaneously accomplished by nature, does not change in the three times, cannot be corrected or changed by antidotes, because it does not rely on any means, becoming the self-born Samantabhadra. Now listen again to the essence of the retinue, from the aspect of the five aggregates, considering them as the five bodies and five wisdoms, on the non-existence of one aggregate, because different results arise, from the transformation of the abode to achieve Buddhahood, because of wanting to perfect the qualities of the five families, it is extremely unreasonable and contradictory, therefore, one is obscured by ignorance and delusion. That meaning should be understood, the obscuration is because it is explained in detail in other tantras, I did not speak of it at the time of the ultimate meaning. Now listen again, Vajrasattva, although the various names are shown, the nature of the meaning is collected into one, the ability and power appear as two ways, in meaning it is free from unnecessary words, therefore it is like the clever words of a child. All the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, are made into mind and corrected by mind, therefore they are not true aggregates, what need is there to speak of the ultimate truth? Therefore, all ignorance and delusion, because of wanting to transform the abode and achieve Buddhahood, are forever wandering, how pitiful. From the Great Perfection Ultimate Meaning Collection, refuting the tenets of the inner and outer secret mantras, Chapter Eleven. Thereafter, to the retinue of the Collection, the All-Knowing Teacher taught: Although accused of resembling the nihilistic view of the heretics, because the essence of the ultimate meaning is not seen.

Even if false accusations and slanders are made, they will not conform to the truth. Now listen again, Vajrasattva says: Like all the lower vehicle's teachings, if one must rely on wisdom and means, because it is fabricated, it is not the true nature. Body and wisdom cannot arise, therefore one does not rely on means. The self-born essence, Dharmakaya, is like the sun and its light. In the sole wisdom Dharmakaya, body and wisdom are completely perfect. Now listen again to the essence of the gathering. With the definitive teachings, all the provisional meanings are refuted, and the additions and fabrications are cut off. There is no refutation of the definitive teachings, therefore the provisional teachings are mistaken. The profound teachings of the definitive meaning say: Although appearing as real, they are not truly existent. The ultimate reality abides in its own nature. Although not clinging to any actions, self-born qualities are perfected in the heart, appearing like a mandala of water and moon. Due to self-born spontaneity, it arises naturally. Now listen again, Vajrasattva says: The classification and aggregation of the skandhas, in order to accord with the common vehicle, the teachings that are different from all others, because they are provisional, are not true. The true definitive meaning of the profound is, for example, like a ripening fruit, the fruit arises naturally. The Dharmakaya is without obscurations, the three bodies and five wisdoms, etc., without searching, are spontaneously perfect. The meaning of the five Buddha families is complete, all the wisdom of omniscience, knows without obstruction or remainder. The chapter on the Great Perfection, the definitive meaning of the gathering, in which all qualities are perfected in oneself without relying on means, the twelfth. Thereafter, the retinue of the gathering, to the King of Mind, Samantabhadra, in order to accord with other vehicles, inquired about the meaning of the cause and effect of the skandhas. They requested the teacher Samantabhadra to explain whether these five skandhas truly exist, and whether they are blessed, free from permanence and annihilation, and whether their essence abides. Having heard the meaning of this request, he declared to the retinue of the gathering: The skandha of consciousness truly exists, the other four skandhas arise from blessings. The consciousness that is free from permanence and annihilation is the essence of the Alaya itself. That which abides in the essence of permanence and annihilation is the other skandhas and the seven aggregates. Now listen again to the essence of the gathering, the way in which its fruit, the five bodies and five wisdoms, exist is, uncreated
