You are like that. Now listen to the essence of gathering again. Samantabhadra's equality is the mind of the Victorious Ones. In all sentient beings without exception, Impermanent, selfless, abiding as Dharmakaya. Unsubstantial, pervasive, like the sky, Not annihilation, abiding primordially. Unclinging, wisdom naturally clear, Without substance, Dharmakaya exists. Like the essence of the self-born sun, Wisdom not abiding in the Middle Way, Is nothing, dispelling afflictions. The nature of reality, free from three extremes, Immutable, destroying like a vajra. The guru shows the meaning, the yogi, Without doubt, realizes his own mind. Object and Dharmakaya unmixed, Like a jewel in Kashmir silk. Now listen to the essence of gathering again. With faith in realizing the definitive meaning, The immutable Dharmakaya is clear within oneself. Just that, and one is seized by confidence. Like a blind man's half-opened eyes, clear, For example, like the sun in the sky. The method of destroying the darkness of ignorance, The basis of view is the definitive meaning itself, Unmistaken awareness is one, The fruit is shown as spontaneously accomplished as one. From the Great Perfection, the gathering of definitive meaning, The thirty-sixth chapter, which explains the view of spontaneous accomplishment, free from extremes. Then Vajrasattva, For the benefit of the retinue, asked again: How does one suppress signs with power? How does one cut off the precipice of the six realms? How does one meditate on the general outpouring of wisdom? Please, all-knowing teacher, explain. Having heard the meaning of this question, He spoke to the assembled retinue: In order to suppress signs with power, For something like the darkness of ignorance, The method of showing awareness and wisdom. He bestowed the great power of awareness. The first of these is to show an example, Like a Brahmin bathing with pure water, Just as one empowers the kingdoms, Having grasped the meaning, self-arising arises. In order to guide this meaning truthfully, In the uncreated sky, For those who possess their own measure, The mind should be strongly focused. For example, like taming a bad horse, One's own awareness is not distracted, From between the fierce others, strive to eliminate. Grasp the measure and abide in the meaning. It should also be combined with the element, The element, the time of happiness should be long, The time of unhappiness should be short. Or pause and stand for a moment. The signs are that both body and mind arise, The body trembles and tears flow, The mind is difficult to let go of happiness, The signs of the power of samadhi arise. Abiding without conceptualization

Like a dispatched messenger, rest unscatteredly and clearly in the nature of having nothing whatsoever. If thoughts arise, like clouds in the sky, even if they arise, they do not harm the root. If the activity of the mind is moderate, it will not be obscured by discursive thoughts, nor will it need to be altered. Therefore, the meditation experience that is shown is: even if the mind focuses on the meaning of the object of focus, do not let awareness fall into focus, and abide in the bliss of not thinking about the object. Even if clinging discursive thoughts arise, like the sun shining on mist, do not follow them, they will naturally dissipate. At that time, conviction will arise in the heart. At that time, the equality of self is merely the cessation of ignorant confusion. The meaning of appearance is grasped, that is the experience. Being accustomed to that experience, one will feel bliss. The Great Perfection Ultimate Meaning Gathering, the thirty-seventh chapter, empowerment of the power of awareness on the very symbol of space. Then, for the sake of cutting off the precipice of the six realms for all the assembled gatherings, the recognition of wisdom that transcends the root mind was bestowed. The analogy for recognizing the Dharmakaya (ཆོས ཀྱི་སྐུ,梵文:Dharmakāya,梵文罗马拟音:Dharmakāya,法身) in the basic nature of the Alaya (ཀུན་གཞི,梵文:ālayavijñāna,梵文罗马拟音:阿赖耶识,一切之基) is like examining the roots and water to identify, like a skilled doctor, and like the analogy of a jewel and clear water. The meaning of the awareness of Bodhicitta (བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས,梵文:Bodhicitta,梵文罗马拟音:菩提心,菩提心), the former is the remaining mind, the latter is the arising of afflictions. The arising of the five senses is discursive thought, the self-luminous nature without object-grasping, abiding in the original, so there is no increase or decrease. It is penetrating wisdom, one's own nature is the Dharmakaya Awareness enters straight without effort, like a bird entering its nest. In one's own Dharmakaya (ཆོས ཀྱི་སྐུ,梵文:Dharmakāya,梵文罗马拟音:Dharmakāya,法身) nature, generate a determination without cultivation. The sign of that meaning is clear and blissful, awareness is unchanging, and does not wish to be guided. Like a fish not leaving the water, not leaving the meaning is the sign of Dharmata The yogi who possesses that sign, like a king possessing a queen, when the former and latter arise, do not interrupt that, it is the Dharmakaya For example, as soon as a thief is noticed, without driving him away, the nature is clear, in one's own continuum without effort, abide in the immovable equal meaning. The experience of the yogi who realizes that meaning, the body is light like cotton, the arising and dissolving inside and outside, the breaths are harmonized. The bliss of Dharmata (ཆོས་ཉིད,梵文:Dharmatā,梵文罗马拟音:法性,法性) is the secret experience. The Great Perfection Ultimate Meaning Gathering, on the nature of the mind, the thirty-eighth chapter, empowerment of the power of awareness.
