It is the appearance of direct perception. All Buddhas of the three times, All Sugatas, The three lords of the five Buddha families. Body and wisdom, pure lands, etc., All are directly perceived. Karma and defilements are exhausted. The five poisons are the self-reversal of wisdom. Separate from the purity of samsara. The four empowerments are all complete. Meeting with a thousand Buddhas. Do not separate from this direct perception. First, learn this posture. Abandon the posture of a dog sitting with its head through, It is the first of all postures. The thirty-eighth chapter of the Tantra verses. If the above posture is perfectly complete, Learn the three root postures. Let go of the nine activities. On the seat of the inner pure one, Like a sleeping lion. Cut the rope of memories. The Dharmakaya posture is the lion posture. From the fear of delusion, self-liberated, Seeing with the unchanging vajra eye. That posture is like this. Both knees on the ground, Slightly spread outwards. Both heels close to the buttocks, Both hands on the outside of the knees, Slightly spread and on the ground. Straighten the spine and raise the neck, Both eyes between the eyebrows facing the sky. With the view of space and wisdom, Like the sky free from obscurations. From within the space, like a continuous thread, The form abides and does not separate. Thus, whoever is seen by whom, With the primordial Samantabhadra, That person's fortune is equal. Relying on the sleeping elephant posture, Enjoying all dharmata, Will be seen with lotus eyes. That posture is like this. Lying face down straight, Both elbows on the ground, Both palms supporting the chest. Both knees close to the chest, Raise the neck and throw it back. Both eyes between the eyebrows facing the sky, Looking sideways to the left and right. Resting calmly without moving. If you want to see the fruit of the three bodies, Look at the essential wisdom of the essence. Wisdom self-arises spontaneously, Unfabricated, resting naturally, self-liberated. The three bodies are enjoyed without separation. The Nirmanakaya posture is like a hermit, One's own appearance becomes stable. Relying on the hermit squatting posture, All dharmata completely...

Having emanated, I will see the Dharmata with my eyes. Furthermore, through the channels and chakras, the five wisdoms abiding in their own nature will be seen with bubble-like eyes. Its sitting posture is as follows: Squatting, with both legs together. The abdomen slightly touching the back. Both knees touching the chest. Both elbows placed on the knees. The palms supporting both sides of the cheeks. Looking at the sky with half-closed eyes. Looking to the left and right of the sun. Sometimes looking at Harpo. The pure realms of the Nirmanakaya will be seen. That is the direct perception of Dharmata, the three Kayas are inseparable. From the great tantra "Stainless Moon Crystal," the posture of the root three Kayas, and the accordance with the three ways of seeing. This is the content of the thirty-ninth chapter of the tantra. Now is the branch, explaining the sitting posture. Like a man lying on his back looking at Harpo. The shadows of the four elements reach the boundary. Like a fox spying with a dog's posture. The objects of the five senses are covered by a barrier. Like an iron tree, straightening the spine, gathering the consciousness of the five senses into one. These three are good sitting postures. This is the content of the fortieth chapter of the tantra. Whatever of the six postures is done, the vital breath should be very slow, exhaling slightly outwards. A space like a barleycorn should be left between the two teeth. The two eyes should be fixed on the space between the eyebrows. Observe the difference between the two rays. When the sky is free from clouds, the vision is clear. During the day, one should look at the sun. At night, one should look at the moon. Do not separate from this direct perception. Whatever of those postures is done, with the gaze of a lion, one should look at all the deluded objects as one. With the gaze of an elephant, one should look at the two, space and awareness, as one. With the gaze of a hermit, one should also grasp the measure of appearances. With the gaze of a man, one will see the expansion of the appearance of awareness. Like an arrow, straight, with the gaze of a fox, one should place awareness on the unchanging scale. With the gaze of a speckled iron tree, one should look at external phenomena as fragments. With the gaze of a jackal, one should look without day or night. The way of looking should be in accordance with the posture. Now, the three, body, speech, and mind, the order of learning and practice is: Like a knot, twisted into one. Like an iron hook, hooking the breath and mind. Like a spear, twisted into one. Like a peg
