The five wisdoms of endowment appear there. Know that there is no external or internal bondage and that it is self-liberated. Thus, from the Lion's Roar's intention, the Lesser Vehicle is subdued, the Sun and Moon Union Tantra. The seventy-seventh chapter, which extensively explains the meaning of the spontaneous arising of wisdom for the fortunate. Homage! Lord Bhagavan, master of compassion and skillful means! Sentient beings' distorted appearances, the confused sound of wisdom, the object of appearance, ignorance, and clinging are strengthened. Bound by the habits of karma, the ego clinging to the distorted appearance is bound. Habits 131 wander in the empty shell. For the sake of traversing samsara, how does the fortunate awareness liberate on the path? Homage! Sons of the lineage, listen carefully! Awareness is confused by sound. It is not awareness that is confused, but clinging that is confused. Like the eyes of one with cataracts, negative appearances arise where there is nothing. It is not truly established. Coarse thoughts, internal and external, and intermediate afflictions, the basis of internal clinging. The six realms of samsara are traversed by the substantial habits of flesh and blood in an empty shell. Therefore, the six realms experience suffering on the path. External bondage, internal bondage, secret bondage. The key to liberating the three bondages in their own place is taught through the oral instruction that liberates the three bondages themselves. Like illusion, dream, and rainbow, look at the nature of appearance, emptiness, and non-existence. The fortunate one who has realized this, because appearance is transparent and non-existent, the natural sound of awareness is spontaneously liberated. Thus, from the Lion's Roar's intention, the chapter on realizing liberation, the seventy-eighth. Homage! Lord Bhagavan, master of compassion and skillful means! How does appearance appear as illusion? Thus he asked. Because the realization of light increases, the unreal illusion is destroyed. The illusion of time, which arises, changes into summer, winter, years, and months. The nature of dust aggregates, transparent illusion is not truly established. To view it as a dream, when the dream constantly appears as true, when confused appearance is a false dream, when the dream is clear and transparent, it is the time of realization. To view the arising of mind like a rainbow, when the mind's thoughts change and are impermanent, it is the time of clinging to one's own continuum. The time when the mind's thoughts change and are impermanent. That itself is the liberation of awareness into clear light and sound. Thus, internal and external afflictions with clinging, and internal clinging confusion, in the sound of wisdom, determine the past and eliminate confusion. Appearance is unreal and without cause, liberated into emptiness. Intermediate

May the five poisons vanish into the sound of clarity. May the inner grasping dissolve into the wisdom mother like a rainbow in the sky. The chapter on facing self-liberation in the three realms, the sixty-ninth. Homage! Lord of compassion and skillful means! How should I practice realizing illusion? The master replied: With permanence, illusion is not realized; with nihilism, it is not realized. With Madhyamaka emptiness, the meaning of illusion is not realized. The meaning of illusion is difficult to realize for those without the lineage of the Buddhas. Doctrines and precepts fabricated by the mind, and teachings heard, do not realize the meaning of illusion. Although the nature of deluded appearances is illusion, it is obscured by conceptualization. Just as waking up from a dream dispels conceptualization, it is precious to have the guru introduce the appearance of illusion. Realizing various illusions is the path of all the victorious ones. On the appearance of wisdom like illusion, the pith instructions are illustrated with illusion. By expressing words, the meaning of unchanging awareness is firmly realized. On the illusion of the three kayas of self-arisen wisdom, it is also introduced as appearing but being intangible. All the practices of training in the power of samadhi are considered to be the self-arisen play of wisdom illusion. During activity, view non-dual illusion. All subtle and gross conceptualizations, grasping, etc., are realized as the nature of illusion and dreams, and unreal conceptualization is dispelled. The play of sentient beings on the path of birth and death is within the state of illusion. The elements and sense bases of the generation stage are illusion. The elements and sense bases of death are the completion stage. The union of generation and completion is the light of wisdom illusion. On the nature of self-knowing Buddha, this teaching is not an object of speculation. The path is self-knowing, the compassion of the nirmanakaya. The bardo of dharmata is the dharmakaya, all-pervasive. The arising of wisdom realization is the sambhogakaya. Wherever it transforms, it is within the state of illusory play. The aspects of samsara, the three kayas, are the power of illusory play. For example, whatever an illusionist conjures, it does not actually exist, but is the nature of emptiness and illusion. The power of the illusionist's play arises. Samsara and nirvana are inseparable, the adornment of the play of the three kayas. Thus, from the meaning of the Lion's Roar, the chapter on severing conceptual grasping with the wisdom of illusion, the seventieth. Homage! Lord of compassion and skillful means! How is it if the yogi of the path, the fortunate one, practices? What are the faults if one does not practice? The master replied: The nature of self-arisen wisdom.
