Preta Katir Yaka Naraka, beyond the truth of the great Samaya, Adana Narakan. Just by saying this, the realms of the world without beginning or end, beyond enumeration, and all the Buddha realms that are inconceivable and immeasurable, on each atom reside Buddhas as numerous as atoms, all of them, by the power of their vows, tremble and shake, giving rise to immeasurable anguish and distress. Their minds are disturbed, and immeasurable suffering arises. All the Bodhisattvas of the retinue are terrified, their bodies and limbs crack open, are destroyed and ruined. All sentient beings, such as demons, ogres, the retinue of mamos, dakinis, gods, nagas, yakshas, and classes of obstructors, at the end of time, are burned by the fire of the eon, and not even a particle of dust remains. They experience various kinds of suffering from breaking their vows. Even in such an appearance, Samantabhadra is not established in the nature of mind in any way. Then, from the Teacher, Compassionate Tala, from just the sound of not uttering Vajra Yaksha Krotaja, the wrathful Vajra Yaksha arose. From one utterance not spoken by Vajra Yaksha, "Maha Sukha Chita Samaya. Siddhi Samaya Svaha," all the Buddhas were pleased by the great offering of the truth of the Samaya. In the state of the unchanging Dharmakaya, they became inseparable and their anguish subsided. All the Bodhisattvas of the retinue, overwhelmed by the suffering of beings, were revived from their fainting. The three Kayas of the Buddhas were spontaneously accomplished and became non-dual. All the retinue and sentient beings regained their memory and remembered their vows, and then spoke this: This truth of the great Samaya resides in the minds of the Buddhas of the past. Now I

It abides in the heart of the mind. Always the life of all sentient beings, whoever practices without transgressing according to the Dharma, is the activity of the Buddhas. Whatever is degenerated and wrong, because it is the nature of things, the realm of demons is the cause of degeneration, and there is no time for liberation and wailing. There is no time for boiling, burning, splitting, and cutting to be liberated. The Buddhas cannot protect them. Om Vajrakrota Samaya Ah. Thus, there is no time to liberate sentient beings from the cycle of existence. By the power of the truth of the great Samaya, they are protected. Afterwards, they abide in the definitive teachings without transgressing. All are transformed into the nature of enlightenment from the beginning, without any difference. From the arrangement of Samaya, the chapter on the power of the truth of the great Samaya is the thirty-third. Then, all the Buddhas and Samantabhadra become inseparable and speak in unison: "Great Bodhisattva, the true and authentic teachings of all the Buddhas, by the power of Vajrayaksha, will fulfill any yogi who has broken their Samaya and feels regret. Those who have no Samaya will have it. Those who do not remember will remember. Those who do not protect will protect. Those who protect will become Buddhas in the nature of Samantabhadra. Thus, the power of this Samaya is true and certain, and there is no one who will not become a Buddha. If one enters the secret gate of mantra without the truth of Samaya and practices, will one not go to the Vajra Hell?" Then Vajrasattva asked: "The true and authentic teachings of the Buddhas are the Samaya. What can this truth benefit?" Samantabhadra replied: "This great Samaya can benefit all, except those who enter the secret gate and do not practice according to the meaning of the secret. Likewise, in the definitive meaning of the secret, speaking warmly and arbitrarily, without secrecy and divulging secrets, not keeping in mind the meaning of the so-called secret, falsely or not remembering, loudly proclaiming the source of great views, practicing perverted conduct that does not conform to the meaning of the views, the words spoken from the mouth do not match what is held in the mind and practiced, the three thieves of the secret teachings, the thieves of the Samaya teachings, not even the root Samaya arises, where has the meaning of the holy ones gone, chanting loudly
