The treasure of unborn, precious Samadhi, Merely as a symbol to indicate hope, Bending like a bow, stretching like an arrow, With the symbol of straight insertion, The nature that has no arising or ceasing is good. The unthinkable nature abides freely. Abiding in a state of non-abiding, Abiding equally without abiding, Cultivating the meaning of non-cultivation, If the Dharmata Bodhicitta is settled, The self-arising state without clinging to objects, Consciousness is relaxed in the Dharmadhatu, Nothing abides with itself, Freedom from the illness of effort is meditation. Therefore, the essence is without stain, Meditate on the naked state of awareness. When clear light abides in the mind, Conceptual thoughts and signs naturally subside. The wisdom of unobstructed activity, The wheel of meditative sleep is blissful. The state of complete and vast enlightenment, This vast expanse of realization, Is the essence of the meaning of non-meditation. The essence of the meaning of non-meditation, Is known by the original, self-abiding awareness. In the self-arising of Dharmata awareness, Because the boundary of unchanging awareness is cleared, Non-attention is the appearance of the essence. In the equal absorption of non-meditation, Is the meditation of great bliss. This self-luminous wisdom without elaboration, In a state of nothing to think about, Is the Samadhi of clear mindfulness. In meditation itself, there is no thought, Without entering concepts, abide freely. By abiding without meditation, one is free from superior seeing, The clarity of non-thought is understood in meaning. In the union of simultaneous arising and subsequent attainment, Shamatha and Vipassana are inseparable. The yogi who meditates on clear light, In the center of the essence of the channels, demons, and mind, The tube of white and red union of light. The base wind abides in the Alaya consciousness, From the root of the life force channel to the center, Through the golden thread that passes through, In the navel chakra where the wind power swirls, The three essences and the three impurities, In the palace of the six combined channels, Clear light arises in the wisdom wind. Because the light of that direction gathers, The four directions, corners, and above and below are accomplished. From the uncertain rainbow colors, The distinctions of the lineage are clearly visible. Just as the inner tether is cut, The outer powers are all lost. When the five secret elements are destroyed, The five doors of the senses are also blocked. Because the essence of the channels is destroyed, The essence of the body sticks to the cushion. When the essence of blood vanishes, The senses reverse.

Is lost. When the essence of warmth vanishes, all the body's warmth departs. Because body and mind are separated, awareness faints. When the faintness clears, five lights appear. The appearance of delusion when not realized, and the appearance of wisdom when realized, thus, by recognizing the light, with the instruction of the three transmissions, example, meaning, and sign, the three. Therefore, luminosity is known by light, light knows light, the continuum of light. The darkness at the edge naturally clears. Thus it is said. From the Continuum of Wisdom Light, the fifth chapter, which is the chapter on meditation. Then, the son of the god, Mind Remnant, asked about the conduct free from effort. The Perfectly Complete King bestowed his command: The vast conduct is to ask the faithful lamas. Precious instructions appear as treasures. Understanding the meaning of the words of the scriptures, settling awareness into self-illumination. This is the conduct of space vajra. When practicing, do not abandon the place. Know when there is no object of practice. The body is blissful and without outflows. There is no artificial tummo mudra. For example, like a lion with complete strength, the yogi's conduct is free from examples. The essence of speech is without recitation. In the conduct of the uncreated wind, there is no clinging to speech or other actions. This is the conduct of the great wind of realization. Mind itself is primordially free from action. Truly enjoy the state of non-action. The yogi is like a bird in the sky, qualities equal to the edge of space. This is the nature of wisdom conduct. The Victorious One's uncreated vows, protect without protecting. All vows and ethics are complete. On the mudra without bondage or liberation, seal with the unchanging seal. In the center of the mandala without beginning or end, practice wisdom without distraction. On the view without view, practice realization without seeing. In the realm of non-meditation, practice meditation without meditation. On the conduct without acceptance or rejection, if you fixate, there is no suffering of acceptance or rejection. On entrusting to the innate mind, practice only the sign of non-entrustment. This absence of practice, free from what is to be practiced, is a variety of conduct, like an ocean, yet there is no obstruction, all is good. In the vast expanse without obstructed appearances, being free from effort is very wonderful. For any Sugata of the three times, there is no conduct superior to this. All are liberated in non-birth. Actions, etc.
