What is possessed? How are the three eyes clear? How are the three bodies possessed? How is wisdom born? The teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, To the secret empowerment Vajrasattva of gathering, In the time of the natural bardo, The body itself with outflows, To the aggregates with obstacles, To the body itself with flesh and blood, To the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, The body dependent on mind and mental events from the mind, The dharmakaya of mind is emptiness, The wisdom of mind is without concept. Because it is clear relying on the eyes, During the day, look at the empty sky, At night, look at the state of the alaya. During the day, the wisdom of mind arises without concept, At night, the wisdom of mind arises as emptiness. During the day, rely on the bubble-like eye, At night, rely on the eye of mind. By abiding and becoming accustomed to that, The mind obtains body and wisdom. That body of the dream bardo, Is a body without outflows, It is the aggregate of great morality, The aggregate of samadhi, The aggregate of wisdom, The aggregate of liberation, And the aggregate of the wisdom of liberation's vision. To such an aggregate, Possessing eyes without support, Possessing the clear divine eye, Sees the unseen Buddha dharmakaya, Self-born wisdom, bliss, and clarity arise. From the appearance without day or night, Obtain the inseparable body and wisdom. That body of the existence bardo, Is the Tathagata with a wisdom body. In the aggregates of the five wisdoms, The five families appear as Tathagatas. Without obscurations, outer and inner, The wisdom eye will be possessed. Possessing such an eye, Sees the inseparable Buddha dharmakaya, Generates the essence of self-born wisdom. Inseparably, spontaneously accomplished, without error, However it is done, it is the Buddha body, Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, Abiding without any affirmation or negation. Since appearance arises in that way, Samsara itself is also the result. From the Greatly Expanding Precious Tantra, the forty-seventh chapter, which is the chapter on the gradual clarification of wisdom from the three bardos, is complete. The secret empowerment Vajrasattva of gathering, To the teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, To the great Sambhogakaya Buddha, What is the steadfastness of placing the mind on that? The teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, To the secret empowerment of gathering,

To Vajrasattva. To place the mind on the Sambhogakaya of the body is to merge the six consciousnesses without grasping onto the Sambhogakaya that appears in various ways. Having merged the outer and inner Sambhogakayas, merge the five colors into the five wisdoms. The five doors are without grasping, abiding in their own state. With the five doors, five objects, and five consciousnesses, without subject and object, leave consciousness in its own state. When the clear Sambhogakaya is merged without duality, then the great Sambhogakaya of the body is obtained. To place on the Sambhogakaya, because the nature of awareness is clear and unmixed, place on the Dharmakaya that is clear and unmixed. Appearance without inherent existence, and clarity without inherent existence, when these two are placed inseparably as one, then its stability is obtained, and it appears in dreams, and it appears directly in the bardo. From the appearances of the five families individually, pure realms appear completely. Relying on the deluded body, the non-deluded body arises. Relying on the deluded body, the non-deluded wisdom arises. Relying on the deluded appearance, the non-deluded appearance arises. Because it is the body, the body arises. It does not arise from elsewhere. The Dharmakaya and the two wisdoms, if one masters the lower path and attains the higher ground, then one has not attained body and wisdom. One's own body and the two wisdoms have been inherent from the beginning. Apart from oneself, there is no body and wisdom. The wisdom of the Buddhas abides within oneself and is not elsewhere. Even if one abides in the hell realm, all sufferings such as sharp knives appear as wisdom, so how could suffering arise? The suffering of sentient beings in hell, even if they abide in the realm of the Buddhas, the wisdom of the Buddhas also appears as suffering, so how could the appearance of wisdom be?
