又，是佛陀。心要金刚四臂者，具有光芒的方位守护者，品尝无比甘露者，极力造作诸界者，示现增长之相。国王护地忿怒众，生起根本亲友名号生，极力精进苦行轮之主，执持大乘秘密之相。大菩萨以智慧心，执持自性明净之传承，以化身之相周遍一切，长久示现景象。西北方城市名闻积，天名自在幻化之境，光彩盛大极敬顶端与，伞盖美好莲花之鬘者，佛陀极喜鲜花者，清净刹土度脱之海浪，光芒景象顶髻者，慈爱之狮子云之势，善逝菩提萨埵之眷属，神变名声极大者，自身之刹土显现，以种种乘调伏之相，以意念传递他方胜刹，于众多处受敬大母处，大雄之光荣，如昔日所作，赐予安乐甘露胜城与，勇士顶端寂静尘埃处，同时期众生之导师胜，以胜力十语转法轮。一切以大乘，令菩提心满足。彼之教法长久，具缘者将执持。北方鼓声宣扬者，法王极寂静之幻化，悦意珍宝象之山，山护鲜花堆积之境，事业金刚一切行，具齿之众胜过诸方，铠甲坚固悦意者，胜乘大庄严光之鬘，事业之种姓胜大所生，事业成就一切事业之主，精进压伏他众，顺应明咒之军队，诸佛皆赞颂，菩萨众皆敬，如大城市般，具军大乘真实行，具足慈悲无垢愿，以王宫为城市居所，月逝光芒巍峨所饰，明胜迦罗之胜城主，十六国土十

The essence is the golden Vajra with four arms, the directional guardian with blazing light, the one who tastes the unsurpassed nectar, the one who diligently creates all realms, the one who shows the aspect of increase. The king protects the earth, the wrathful assembly, the origin of the root, the friend, the one who gives rise to the name, the one who strives diligently, the ascetic, the lord of the wheel, the one who holds the aspect of the Great Vehicle's secret. The great Bodhisattva with the mind of wisdom, holding the lineage of self-nature's clarity, with the appearance of emanation pervading all, showing the appearance for a long time. The city in the northwest is famous and accumulated, the realm of the deity's name, the powerful transformation, the great radiance, the utmost reverence, the summit, the one with the beautiful umbrella and the garland of lotuses, the Buddha, the one with the supremely joyful flowers, the pure realm, the waves of the ocean of liberation, the one with the crest jewel of light and appearance, the loving lion, the force of the clouds, the entourage of the Sugata Bodhisattvas, the one with great miraculous fame, manifesting his own realm, the aspect of taming with various vehicles, with the intention of transmitting to other supreme realms, in many places, revered at the great mother's place, the glory of the great sage's light, as in the past deeds, bestowing bliss, the nectar, the supreme city, and the hero, the summit, the peaceful dust, the supreme teacher of beings at the same time, turning the wheel with the ten words of supreme power.
